This is a very enjoyable Towed Defense game. Good progression as you unlock new Towers, Perks and Abilities while leveling up. The Towers are all very interresting and unique. On battlefield you can buy modules for them what greatly enhance their abilities. Polygon style graphics, but look very good and all attacks have good feedback and visual effect. The game is well balanced and slowly get harder and harder. Normaly I dont buy games on full price, but as I played 5+ hour only with the Demo I decided to buy this hidden gem. Even it full price is very acceptable, only 8,2 Euro. Try the Demo and I promis you will fall in love with Polycore Defense. The game also recently got a Free Update with new maps, towers and some QoL. Highly recommended TD game for sure!

Quick and solid game that is just enough to scratch that itch of a tower defense game. Many QoL features that make it feel polished and easy to get into even if you are not into tower defense

While I recommend it it needs some work on depth. There needs to be a dedicated slowing/stunning tower in stead of various ones that do it poorly as a side effect. Needs a lane based targeting turret that isn't manual fire as well. Also, stealth enemies are a bit over powered late game as towers that CAN see them dont prioritize them because they are swarmed by things like the carrier that are OP as they aren't stopped by the anti-split upgrade Final map is also arbitrarily hard to get past even on easy.

Great tower defence game! Worth the six bucks I spent on it for sure. If you like Bloons TD you'll definitely like this one. The only downside is that I wish there was more of it! I would gladly pay for a DLC with more tower variety. Not that there isn't good variety already but I want more.

이 게임은 크게 3개의 챕터, 그 안에 6개의 스테이지, 각각 쉬움/보통/어려움/하드코어 난이도로 이루어져 있습니다. 이 리뷰는 첫번째 챕터를 모든 난이도로 클리어 한 후 작성하는 리뷰입니다. 1. 깔끔한 그래픽/텍스쳐. 2. 다양한 스테이지와 포탑/터렛. ( 이후 업데이트로 인한 추가를 기대해봅니다 ) 근데 사실상 디펜스 게임들이 그렇듯 나중에는 쓰는 것만 쓰게 됩니다. 3. 상대 유닛의 종류가 한정적인 것은 조금 아쉽습니다. 4. 게임 자체가 플레이 하기에 쉽고 간단. 5. 한국어 번역이 많이 어색하지만 그래도 플레이에 문제가 되진 않고 거슬린다면 영어로 플레이 해도 그리 어려운 말은 나오지 않기 때문에 문제 없을 것입니다. 정가 구매를 했지만 개인적으로 꽤나 만족하고 이정도면 만원 가치는 하고도 남는다고 생각합니다. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The game consists largely of three chapters, six stages in it, each of which is easy/normal/difficult/hardcore difficulty. Currently, I have completed all the stages and difficulty levels in the first chapter. 1. Neat graphics/textures. 2. Various stages and turrets/terlets. (We look forward to the addition due to future updates.) But in fact, like other defense games, I only use what I use later. 3. It's a shame that the types of units are limited. 4. The game itself is easy and simple to play. 5. Korean translation is very awkward, but it's not a problem with play If it bothers you, it won't be a problem because even if you play in English, there won't be any difficult words. I bought it at a regular price, but I'm personally quite satisfied, and I think it's worth this price.
