About

Welcome to Brighton! Join the police force of this fictitious American city and experience the day to day life of a Police Officer. Start with citing violations and giving out parking tickets, then work your way towards shouldering more responsibilities. Be part of the community of Brighton, get to know your neighborhood and handle daily police work to fight crime during your shift. Always be tough, but fair: respect the law and gain more experience to unlock more neighborhoods, districts and duties.
POLICE SIMULATOR: PATROL OFFICERS includes a dynamic traffic system that organically creates the traffic flow and car accidents, as well as emergency situations that can randomly pop up during your shift. Be ready to react at a moment’s notice! In the Open World of Brighton you will be able to choose neighborhoods for your patrols and make sure to keep them safe. Patrol through three unique districts with several neighborhoods each. Every single one has a distinct flair, from the high rises of Downtown to the historical buildings of Brickston.
With progression and unlocking new districts, additional duties will also be revealed. Start with ticketing duty and finding wrongfully parked cars, but be prepared to take care of accidents that may happen right in front of your eyes. In a living and breathing city, many different duties may be encountered. Stop drug deals taking place in the local park, or chase graffiti sprayers illegally tagging walls. Be prepared for anything - even if it is just a car blocking a bus stop. Every duty is your responsibility.
With the Intuition System your police officer will be able to pick up important clues during witness interrogations that could lead you to resolve situations the right way, so make sure you pay attention to everything being said and done. POLICE SIMULATOR: PATROL OFFICERS offers a Simulation mode for experienced players looking for the most authentic experience, as well as a casual mode for those looking for a more relaxing patrol in the streets of Brighton.

It's ok. A few of the bugs can make it impossible to do a few things. Devs announce they are abandoning the game so nothing will get fixed.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Devs locked Graphics Options completely on Steam Deck. Its Unreal Slop that runs like crap with no way to tinker. STEAM DECK IS A PC, NOT A CONSOLE! DO NOT LOCK PC PLAYERS OUT OF IMPORTANT SETTINGS MENUS!

Don't buy anything from this company. They are scammers. They abandon development of the game we all paid for, and less than five days later, they release the same game—but one you have to pay for all over again. Stay away from any products made by this company.
i wanted to love this game i really did but no matter how much i play it i am reminded of the jilted feel it is. the cars still handle badly on the road and the recent graphical bugs make this game unplayable. hopefully this gets remedied but i will have to thumbs this down for the time being.
I'm writing this review years after I purchased it (purchased during its very early, Early Access phase in 2023). This game is still very broken. What I like: • Great to kill time. With the DLC you get access to more types of crimes which I would recommend because the base game gets a bit repetitive. • It's easy to get the hang of. The rules and policies when dealing with crimes becomes second nature pretty quickly. • It runs well on my mid-tier build. I upgraded from a very basic machine to what I have now (running an RTX 3050) and on high it runs pretty well. What I dislike: • Nearly 4 years later, this game is STILL insanely buggy. Sometimes it's comical but when it's not it's just bad. You'll see drivers sitting on top of their car while it's moving, people clipping into the ground, cars that somehow crash when they're literally just sitting there, you'll find yourself unable to talk to people for god knows what reason - these are all bugs that have been plaguing this game since day 1. • The base game does not give you a lot of variety. Playing it at first is fun but I'm 84 hours in and it's at the point where I guess I SHOULD invest in DLC to expand the crimes available but I feel like there should be at least a few new ones for those who can't buy/afford DLC. I guess I'm just disappointed because this game has been out for so long yet there are still so many issues that pop up. It could be so, so good but 4 years later it's just not there yet.
Overall throughout my time. I'd say the game is good and detailed in information. Basically gives you a taste of what is like inside of an police force, though I will say this as my few complaints. 1) Same response. - Most citizen have similar replies and sometimes when you try to do a proper investigation, your basically left blank. Because all they would say is "I think there was a suspicious activity over there" but doesn't elaborate furthermore. And 9 times out of 10, all of them will say the same thing or something similar. What I wish they have more unique interaction, they actually act or response more realistic. 2) Too friendly. - I understand this was made for family friendly but it kinda feels like your being baby all through. Sometimes when the tab says they are frustrated or angry, they don't act or sound like it. Rarely putting up a fight, resistance or shouting at you. They claim there mad just for them to be "Oh sure officer" calmly the next second. 3) More units. - I wish there were more units that you can see roam around. Like Medics doing stuff that you have the option to step in or additional officers handling a crime scene. With the option allowing you to call backup for assistance. But your legitimate the only officer of the whole state, the extra officers are only there to pick up arrested individuals or sits behind the glass at the station. The closest you'll get to having a "Extra unit" are in multiple players, and even then you can only have a maximum of 2. 4) Difficulty changers. - I wish they added a modifier where certain calls/Action made by citizens are more guaranteed based on the modifier. There's no mod supporting this and you just hope you get a interesting call. Those are my complains for now, if they do add these. I hope they add it as an actual feature instead being locked behind a DLC. If you want a semi realistic and family friendly police game, this is for you. For more realistic approach with actual criminal and fun activity calls, just stick with GTA police mods.
It's actually a pretty good game... but I'm still waiting for the Lucy Chen DLC ! Until then, I'll just keep writing parking tickets instead of riding shotgun with the best training officer.
