I'm not really sure if Pnevmo-Capsula: Domiki is an asset flip. Some elements of this game certainly make it seem like the developer put some effort into assembling some kind of original here. On the other hand, a lot of the game assets don't seem like they were created by the developer, but they haven't credited any asset creators for supplying assets, which might be a case of plagiarism. There's a lot of great 3D assets in the game, and we're expected to believe a sole Russian developer made all of these assets himself, without any help, just to make a simple train-tracks type 3D puzzle game. Huh, ok. There's no evidence, so we need to give the benefit of the doubt...
...Although, the presence of fake/paid reviews from the Russian review farm uncovered by Sentinels of the Store does evaporate a lot of the benefit of the doubt... these fake reviews, any "positive" review put on a product that doesn't necessarily deserve it can be harmful or misleading to gamers. It's unethical.
But about the game, if you're willing to overlook moral bankruptcy: Pnevmo-Capsula: Domiki is a Soviet Steampunk themed puzzle game, around 1 hour or less in length, made for the Nintendo Switch, that's also been put on Steam as a bit of an afterthought, as it's very much designed for the handheld/console gaming audience. You roll a little pneumatic tube (it's not a pneumatic tube, it's got rails) around some tracks and occasionally flip switches and interact with various controls on the way to make sure your path is clear. That's it. I mean, it looks nice, but the puzzles aren't that great, and are we really sure these assets are the creation of this Russian developer? Who knows, jury is out.
Taking this seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a PC game and not a Nintendo Switch game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.
The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts.
Because this is designed for handheld/portable gaming appliances, it carries a number of deliberate design deficiencies. Compromises were made to cater to the low power handheld gaming appliances that the game was designed for. These are unfortunate compromises and limitations that PC gamers shouldn't be forced to accept, but it's evident that PC was a second thought for the mobile game developers. The game is deficient as a result of these choices, and would have been so much better without the handicaps that designing games for low power handhelds forces upon a game. While this might run well on a Steam Deck, we must remember the vast majority of gamers here are gaming on PC.
These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.
The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 5 players, and the worst part is these weren't genuine players, these were the Russian fake review accounts that the developer paid to make the fake reviews. Since the fake reviews are all done, now the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 100,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected.

So, should you buy this game? Is this one of the best of the 100,000+ games on Steam?
Pnevmo-Capsula: Domiki is relatively cheap at $4 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. Remember that if you buy a game from an unethical developer, you're putting your money at risk.
