PINPIN BALLBALL — демонстрация возможностей Game Maker`а. Такая себе демонстрация. Собственно запилили это хозяйство, для того чтобы показать какие «шЫдевры» можно делать на GameMaker`е. Честно говоря, не очень впечатляет, ибо есть пинболы краше и интереснее. Плюс: ✓ оно работает. Минусы: − неудобное управление и вообще желательно геймпад иметь. − поле всего одно, да и вообще игра примитивна донельзя. − баги: текстуры могут отваливаться, шарик пробиваться через стены, и прочие «радости». It's a super short pinball game made as a promotion for Pixel Game Maker MV. It's simple, short, but it was definitely a nice 5 minutes.

It's a very basic pinball game. PRO: loads faster than most other games that have cloud simulators, if you know what i mean, nudge nudge. Free. For its simplicity and basic values i would give it an average score. CON: not knowing what the keys are to use flippers..i figured it out... i see it was on the store page! FUTURE: we see what the creators will do in the future.

PINPIN BALLBALL is as much an advertisement as it is a serious attempt at making a game, and it's not particularly good at either of those things. At face value this is a mobile app-tier game that's been dumped on Steam. It's a simple 2D retro pixel pinball game. As a game, this really is a bit of a failure. The game displays in mobile app 9:16 narrow portrait mode with no working fullscreen. Resolution and controls are locked, and can't be changed or customised to improve the visuals or the control experience. A choice was made to use obsolete retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. These flaws push this game far below minimum acceptable standards for PC. So on to the main purpose of this "free" "game". It's an advertisement for Playism's crap video game construction kit, Pixel Game Maker MV. What Playism don't seem to understand is that if you want to advertise a product, you should make your advertisement show off that your product is of good quality... so using garbage like PINPIN BALLBALL (a game where they couldn't even work out how to display in full screen!) to advertise your product is like using salmonella to advertise Jack-in-the-Box.

Nice little pinball game for when you have some time to kill. Rather than limiting your number of balls, the game instead gives you infinite balls, but places you on a time limit. Would be nice if the game kept a local leaderboard though, after each round it tells you your score, but unless you can remember it for next time, you'll never know if you ever beat it.
