Silly little runner game with a funny pineapple running from a mad chef. Apart from trying to avoid the obstacles in front of us we also need to pick up as many pineapples as possible. Once the bar in the upper-left corner is full we can use our ability to which the game simply refers to as a "decoy". This looks like a sort of bomb (given the effect) that slows down the chef. The game has a leaderboard but when reinstalling it my scores disappeared. I also didn't see any friends' score. I know it hasn't really been a week since the game was released but I wonder if the 7-8 entries are valid. Nevertheless, it's a fun game. Not sure what they could improve upon (most runners games I'm familiar with utilised 2D graphics) to make it better. Perhaps the camera could be positioned slightly closer as I miscalculated a couple of jumps.

Fun for about 6 mins, then you will want to play something else. Like Crash Bandicoot.
This game is possibly the best game I have ever played. I was on the brink of suicide but i found this game, it restored my happiness when i got to the end i started bawling and flooded my house and my PC broke but it was worth it. The gameplay was so good it was scary at time when Joe Colada got close and i started to cry but then i threw my grenade and he got blasted away and then we get to Pina the main character he is so cool and epic.
Dehşete düşmüş ananas Pina'nın engellerden kaçmasına ve engellerin üzerinden atlamasına yardım edin, böylece arkaya bakan bu sonsuz koşucuda alçak Şef Joe Colada'yı zekasıyla alt edebilirsiniz. Onun mutfak çılgınlığını geride bırakabilecek misin, yoksa meyve tabağındaki yerinimi alacaksın?
"Pineapple Panic!" is a garbage endless runner with a nonsensical "chef vs pineapple" theme (so now we know for a fact that all the good ideas for a video game have been taken). There's only one twist, the camera is inverted so your little pineapple is running towards you instead of away from you. This is, of course, a terrible idea. But don't worry, there is great symmetry... the game implementation is terrible too. What do you do in the game? It's a mindless and pointless three lane endless runner that makes Temple Runner look like Halo. The game is really simple and unambitious in terms of implementation, more of a tech demo or one of those cases where an amateur developer spends $100 to publish something on Steam Direct to see if it's possible. Yes, obviously it's possible. A proof of concept, tech demo, or something that's less than a little blip on the radar isn't offering anything truly valuable to gamers. I'm not sure if this is an asset flip, but it's one of those cases where the assets just look much better than the rest of the quality of the game... a glaring inconsistency. There's no evidence, but as always, the biggest problem with asset flips besides the plagiarism is the deplorably low quality of the other aspects of the game, and even if the game assets are genuinely created for the game, the quality of the rest of the game is indistinguishable from that of asset flips. On pricing, this is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 3 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. There's no financial cost up-front, but you'd still be spending your time and a little hard drive space on a product that's far from the best. There's thousands of better alternatives on Steam.
all my homies hate Joe Colada, Piña is adorable and innocent
p.s. it has controller support, but the Store Page does not list that as a feature
best game ever
#1 leaderboard play here: https://youtu.be/TaGjzFv7ju0 Overall the game plays very well for what it is and for a free to play it's a good bit of fun and has a leaderboard for replayability. Hopefully some day in the future the creators will take some ideas from an arcade runner like the floor is really cheap lava and implement it into there game I love the perspective and the game has so much potential for growth into a really fun game.
if this doesn't win the steam awards world war 3 will happen
