Phaser presents a unique take on the 2D-platformer formula by allowing you to take control of each level. By learning the power of color-switching, you will be able to phase in and out challenging obstacles from your path, find new and creative ways to victory, and avoid otherwise certain death.
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. Copies below reflect the player base, not paid sales.

Epic! Challenging time-based skill platformer. Also, music slaps.
Great little game. Challenging yet fair. Would jump into another spike.
Before I played Phaser, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
Phaser, her seviyenin kontrolünü elinize almanızı sağlayarak 2D platform formülüne benzersiz bir bakış sunuyor. Renk değiştirmenin gücünü öğrenerek, yolunuzdaki zorlu engelleri aşamalı olarak ortadan kaldırabilecek, zafere giden yeni ve yaratıcı yollar bulabilecek ve aksi halde kesin ölümden kaçınabileceksiniz.
It is a really deceptively hard game where you play as platformer trying to achieve red flag. My favorite thing about Phaser is that there decided the game needed a gun. Good luck finding it!
"Phaser" is one of literally thousands of retro 2D platformers infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere... and I'm not kidding. Searching for "platformers" on the Steam store page yields over 17,000 results! Is this one of the best of those? Absolutely not. This is a very poorly made experimental puzzle platformer that relies on gimmicks like colour switching and phasing to negotiate platformer challenges. It was a complete failure on Steam, almost certainly because of the very weak technical implementation and low quality. Platforming is an old, mostly dead genre, and this lacklustre experience, while it doesn't have an upfront cost, isn't saving the genre... it's no surprise this failed to capture any attention from gamers in the era of immersive 3D gaming. This features really godawful pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks much worse than most other games because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded despite the bad graphics, not because of them. This game is fairly dated at 5 years old... and even back then it looked old and busted compared to contemporary, professionally made 3D games of the same period. It looked bad then, it looks worse now. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. There's no initial download price, but the developer was charging $3 USD for this. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It seems like a nice gesture for the game to have no up-front cost anymore, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. This is also a bit of a slap in the face to anyone who showed enough questionable judgement to pay money for this... nobody got refunded. In terms of public reception, this failed. There's over 130 million unique gamers visiting Steam every month. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 4 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? This is a hard pass. There's no immediate financial commitment, but there are thousands of more compelling games on the platform that will give you a lot more enjoyment for your time.
