I have a lot of nostalgia for Phantasy Star Online because I played the very first one on the Xbox 360 and absolutely loved it. That experience is what made me want to jump into Phantasy Star Online 2, and I'm glad I did. The original PSO2 was where I had the most fun. The combat felt fast and satisfying, the quest hub was lively enough during American peak hours on ship 2, and one of my favourite parts was seeing everyone's unique fashion styles. It was always interesting to see how creative people got with their characters. I also enjoyed visiting player housing and seeing the time and effort people put into decorating their spaces—it added a nice social element to the game. As for Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis, I thought it was alright. I didn't end up playing it nearly as much as the base game, but I still had a decent time with it. While it didn't quite capture the same feeling for me, it's still a solid free-to-play game that's worth trying. If you're someone who enjoys collecting achievements, it's also a great game to work toward 100% Steam achievements, which gave me another reason to keep coming back. Overall, I have many fond memories of PSO2, especially the original version. The combat, community, customisation, and social features made it a memorable experience I'd happily recommend.

Love or hate it, there's always an up and down to a MMOPRG. This game has its ups and downs like all games, and it usually comes with grinding continuously. I like this game because I've been a long time PSO fan since I started playing it on the Gamecube, and ever since I got on the base version before NGS, this game had evolved with high class specs and arts/techniques, attainable gear, and many other various things that make it your own character in the form of fashion. Now NGS being launched years ago, it has evolved a lot in terms of character progression, fashion, gear, classes, customization, ect. Yes you may not like endless grinding, but having the ability to do anything and max your gear makes the game more enjoyable in terms of high level content that will eventually lead to end game. I would recommend it to people that would enjoy being able to play with others.
LETS GRIND GRIND GRINDDDDDDDD AND I LOVE IT
This game is okay it just lacks direction and replay value compared to the original PSO2 which was amazing but why I say it lacks direction is because pso2 ngs doesn’t really have much going for it except for the combat and the outfits but what’s the point of all that when there’s no direction yeah they tell you stuff that’s added and you go to point A to point B but when it comes to progression and just endgame it feels and looks lifeless you don’t really have a progression journey because there’s no point when each update the stuff you grinded for is just gonna given to someone who didn’t do anything but sit in town all day as if it’s VR chat compared to the original PSO2 where it felt like you were actually progressing
Hell nah, game without any content and with toxic community, you'll only like this if you enjoy reading ♥♥♥♥ all day or you just don't have any love for ur life. Just make ur own community and try having fun with them, cuz will be the only worth times in this game. Still will have some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who will betray you but you get used with stupidity after some time. The game is the same have been years and they just give content scraps each month that no one cares. I recommend find a better game cuz trust me, as someone who played for many hours, you will struggle to find any good thing here and any motivation to stay. Is just a game to gooners and whatever else escaped from the asylum. Said this i made many friends and are the reason i'm here. 3/10
ММО-боевик Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis.
Amazing Gameplay and loop
