Personality Excretion Hero: Silvy's Rebirth is a fantasy role-playing game developed by Circle Fairy Flower and published by BokiBoki Games. Blending traditional RPG mechanics with visual novel storytelling, the game revolves around Kain, a loyal guardian who suffers the ultimate betrayal when the hero he dedicated his life to protecting sacrifices him. Rather than accepting his fate, Kain is granted another opportunity by a goddess, sending him back to a point before the world's downfall. Armed with memories of his previous life, he must decide whether to seek revenge against Silvy or alter the course of history by helping her become the person she was originally destined to be. This central premise gives the story an emotional foundation that explores trust, regret, and the consequences of every decision. One of the game's greatest strengths is its emphasis on player choice. Instead of forcing a single storyline, the narrative branches according to the decisions made throughout the adventure. Conversations, relationships, and major plot developments can all shift depending on Kain's actions, resulting in multiple endings that encourage repeated playthroughs. Rather than presenting heroes and villains in simple black-and-white terms, the story gradually reveals hidden motivations and personal struggles, allowing players to understand the characters from several perspectives. Silvy, in particular, evolves beyond the role of a typical heroine, becoming a complex figure whose future depends largely on the player's guidance. Exploration follows the familiar style of classic Japanese RPGs, with players traveling through towns, wilderness areas, and dangerous dungeons while completing quests and uncovering new story events. The turn-based combat system is straightforward and easy to learn, relying on careful skill selection and party management instead of overly complicated mechanics. Battles provide a steady rhythm between narrative sequences, ensuring that gameplay remains engaging without overshadowing the story. While experienced RPG players may find the combat relatively simple, it effectively supports the game's character-driven focus. The presentation reflects its RPG Maker roots while demonstrating considerable attention to visual detail. Colorful pixel environments are complemented by polished anime-style character artwork that brings important scenes to life. Character portraits display a wide range of emotions during conversations, helping dramatic and heartfelt moments feel more convincing. The fantasy world is filled with varied locations that reinforce the adventurous atmosphere, from peaceful settlements to dangerous areas inhabited by monsters. Although the technical design remains traditional, the quality of the artwork gives the game a distinct personality. Music and sound effects further strengthen the experience by matching the mood of each scene. Relaxing melodies accompany quieter moments of exploration, while more intense tracks enhance battles and emotional story sequences. The soundtrack does not rely on elaborate orchestration, but it consistently supports the pacing and atmosphere, making both the narrative and gameplay more immersive. As an adult-oriented title, the game includes explicit mature content intended for a specific audience. Rather than existing as isolated scenes, this content is incorporated into the branching storyline and character relationships. Players primarily interested in the narrative will still discover a fantasy adventure centered on redemption, loyalty, and the impact of difficult choices, while those looking for mature content will find that it is woven into the progression of the story instead of replacing meaningful character development. Replayability is one of the game's defining features. Because important decisions influence relationships, dialogue, and the ultimate fate of the characters, each playthrough can reveal different scenes and alternate conclusions. This design rewards players who wish to explore every possible route, uncover hidden story elements, and experience how even seemingly minor choices can dramatically reshape the narrative. The multiple endings provide a strong incentive to revisit the adventure long after completing it once. The game does have a few shortcomings. Its gameplay systems remain fairly traditional, and the turn-based battles may not satisfy players seeking deep tactical complexity or highly dynamic combat. Story sequences are lengthy and dialogue-heavy, which means the experience is best suited for players who enjoy reading and following character interactions. Those expecting fast-paced action may find the pacing slower than anticipated, but fans of visual novels and story-focused RPGs will likely appreciate this deliberate approach. Overall, Personality Excretion Hero: Silvy's Rebirth successfully combines a compelling time-travel premise with meaningful player choice and character-driven storytelling. The emotional conflict between revenge and redemption provides a memorable foundation, while the branching narrative ensures that player decisions have genuine significance. Supported by appealing anime-inspired visuals, enjoyable RPG mechanics, and multiple endings, the game offers an engaging experience for fans of fantasy adventures that prioritize narrative depth alongside accessible gameplay. Although its traditional mechanics and mature themes limit its appeal to a specific audience, it delivers a rewarding journey for those looking for a story where every choice can reshape the future. Rating: 8/10
Despite playtesting the demo and their being english and not in full release i still say its a good game
Need's a Hospital/Berthing Seance. Very happy that there's no Uncensored Patch that I have to hunt down. If you want to unlock all the seance and make the game Easier for you, you can. Overall Not having a Hospital/Berthing Seance really ruined it for me.
yes, grind at pyramic best choices
Warning!!! DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!!
I wanted to enjoy this game, but after installing the patch, a major dialogue bug completely ruined the experience for me. On most quests, after turning them in, the dialogue keeps repeating the same “Bad Medicine” lines, making the story impossible to follow and progression very confusing. I spent around 5 hours trying to troubleshoot and continue playing, thinking the issue would eventually fix itself, but it never did. Unfortunately, the developer has refused to address the problem. A story-focused game with broken dialogue is basically unplayable. I cannot recommend it in its current state. Here are a few examples: https://youtu.be/eXjzNbj3wm0 https://youtu.be/-EMa32jBS9g
