The core concept of orbiting combat with limited fuel is awesome. I look forward to seeing the game evolve.
I have an ultrawide monitor and it's impossible to change video settings or resize the screen. I will have to refund it because many elements of the user interface are unavailable with ultrawide.
Love this game already. The combat with orbital mechanics is very fun and exactly the kind of challenge I've wanted in so many space battle games. I'm 3 missions through the tutorial and the game is challenging. I find the challenge fun, engaging, and motivating, but don't pick this up if you are looking for a cozy cottage core rougelite space battle game :P The game was released early access three weeks ago and it definitely shows. I found the core game play fun and exciting, but the controls are a little rough around the edges and can distract from the game some. Overall, I'm having a ton of fun playing this game and I can't wait to see where it goes!
[EN] Needs more "time in the oven" so to speak, but what is in here is the core for am amazing combat space sim [BR] Precisa de mais tempo de desenvolvimento, mais o que já está feito mostra que tem um incrivel Space Sim
Демо заинтересовала, сама игра разочаровала своими механиками. Это и вроде-бы игра про кампанию, но вроде и рогалик... Никаких настроек сложности нет,
Spaßig, kurzweilig
This game is quite addicting, my only gripe is the death barrier at the edge of the system, especially with systems that lack a gravitational pull for more stabilized trajectory anticipation. I totally get that you need to stabilize yourself and that trajectory changes frequently, but when you are setting up a wide trajectory and the camera locks out, or you get stuck in a fight and get thrown into the outer wall since you have no gravitational pull, it's super annoying. You are in space and there is no edge. Anyways, definitely addicting, but more slam the desk - have to get past this level addicting than anything else.
If you are into the Hardcore Sci-Fi with orbital mechanics then this is a good game for you. Although a bit arcadey it really scratches the itch. Its difficult for an hour or two but when I get the gist of its mechanics it really clicked. Tip: DO NOT USE LASERS ON THE STARTING SHIP Its batteries really suck and you would get massive problem with balancing thermals and with radiators needing power to dissipate heat you could get in a spiral where your engine is overheating along with the coolant which result on your batteries barely charging or not at all thus, not being able to use the radiators. There's a way out of this which is to dump coolant but, it should only be done as a last resort. EDIT: Game is apparently abandoned.
Great and very accessible simulation of realistic spaceship combat. I’ve played through the demo and bought the game. Really looking forward to playing out the campaign and trying out all ships and features. I am reading the “Human Reach” novels right now and this perfectly fits the bill as representation of the battles in those books
Cool concept, but this game needs some rework with the controls. At first I thought it was quirky with the interface, but now I just am annoyed with the interface to a degree that I just don't want to play it. I know it's early access so I still recommend it, but I don't care for the frustration of the interface and the difficulty in managing coolant while being shot at.
