Quirked up little game with not that much to do as of yet. Has great potential. Really fun to shoot the bastards
The game runs so incredibly poorly. Why is it maxing out a 40-series graphics card? The visual style is disjointed and, aside from pixelated textures and clunky gameplay, there's hardly anything reminiscent of classic shooters like DOOM. In fact, citing DOOM as an inspiration for this game is almost an insult to that game. There's no menu, no pause, no controls display. The game itself is loud and makes my computer sound like a Boeing 767 has just started its engines. Gameplay is uninspiring, not enjoyable - it's not even mildly engaging. Despite the store page saying "Basic" controller support, Steam tells you the game is supposed to be played on a controller. The game is a sloppy asset flip with no cohesive art direction. Each level has a different aesthetic. Luckily, I lost interest in the game before I even picked up all the weapons, so I was saved from... Whatever the rest of this is. "FractalDev Games" must've fractured pretty hard, because someone clearly made a mistake with this. A disappointing product from a no-name developer with a half-baked attempt at a teaching career. I would not give this game any number of stars, including zero, because it's simply not worth it.
