Came back to it a couple years later, now that I was better at both EtG and Nuclear Throne. It's alright, I guess, but still kind of sucks. No music, basically no sound effects other than the ones you occasionally hear from enemies dying, and from your own gunshots, so I hope you have your own playlist set. Bosses are bland and predictable, and more of a slog than a test of difficulty, with the only couple difficult ones being Snestle and The Warden. The game's visual clutter and lack of enemy attack distinction leads to you getting hit by accident a lot, and no indication of things like Phase changes until they're underway leaves a lot to be desired. It's fine if you're looking for something to play for a couple hours, I guess, but it's not really anything interesting otherwise.
