Fun game. I really like the humor put into the characters and cards. The collection aspect of the game is nice

Balatro wishes it was this cute and wholesome. Even though it's a very similar game with almost the same mechanics, it adds dungeon combat as its main theme, has new types of Jokers with their own unique modifiers, and, of course, cute cats! It makes it its own kind of fun, and frankly a more chill yet highly entertaining experience. Very recommended to all fans of cats and cards! :3

After playing Balatro for over 400 hours, I was looking for another game that could scratch that itch. And oh boy, Pawker not only did the trick, it got me completely hooked. Dungeon mode was what I enjoyed the most, since I love the sense of permanent progression that not all games in this genre offer. The art deserves a special mention. These guys really knocked it out of the park in that aspect.

Gameplay wise you'll be using poker hands to deal damage while upgrading your individual cards, getting strong passive abilities and battling tougher enemies. In one way, the game feels extra polished - it looks nice, the animations are great, the UI clean and the gameplay unbuggy. On the other hand, there is no tutorial whatsoever, no resizable windowed mode and the music, while nice, gets repetitive. Otherwise, there are plenty of Jokers (passive abilities), consumables and upgrades that offer good diversity between runs and support various strategies. It's simply a fun game. As a self proclaimed Balatro pro, I've been enjoying this Balatro-like. Definitely stands out from it's inspiration with very different jokers, and it's skill tree in dungeon mode. There are planet and tarot card analogs, but there's more enhancements and you have a lot more options when it comes to double digit ante builds

I highly recommend this game. It combines Balatro and cats, love it!!. Also It should have more languages, since some people may have difficulty understanding English. Otherwise, everything is perfect..
