Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 24.71/day in the week to Aug 31 → 25.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
In Pathogenic, you are the disease. Experience a visceral 2D roguelike twin-stick shooter where you play as a lone parasite fighting a desperate war against the immune system. Your goal is simple: infect and conquer your human host.

To survive, you must adapt. Hunt down enemy cells, rip out their organelles, and graft them onto your own body. Evolve from a simple cell into a complex engine of destruction. Create powerful, game-breaking builds and become the ultimate pathogen.

Loot, graft, and assemble your parasite from dozens of unique organelles. Combine flagella for movement, mitochondria for power, secretors for ranged attacks, and spikes for melee combat. Chain organelle effects and discover powerful synergies to build an unstoppable disease vector.

Battle a diverse roster of enemies, from basic immune cells like macrophages and T cells to rival parasites such as tapeworms or protozoa. Formidable bosses are lurking deep within the host's organs.

Collect plasmid fragments to permanently upgrade your parasite's plasmid tree between runs. Each parasite will have it's own upgrade tree allowing for a range of builds to suit your preferred playstyle.

Navigate the procedurally generated organic landscape of the human body. Travel through distinct biomes like the branching pathways of the lungs, the pulsating chambers of the heart, and the complex neural network of the brain.
Our detailed, colorful world is powered by a soft-body physics simulation, giving every cell, enemy, and projectile a uniquely satisfying organic feel. The combination of hand-crafted design and procedural generation ensures endless variety - each run offers a fresh and challenging gameplay experience.

This game is fun. It looks very pritty and it has a banger soundtrack. However, there are a few issues with the game. This makes me sad because I really want to love this game. balancing: It is really bad. Some weapons are horrible and unusable. They should also rework the loot table. Getting weapon infusers left and right can be very frustrating because you can only infuse a hand full of weapons. it should also be easier to upgrade weapon rarety. if I have 3 different weapons, some of those weapons will stay at the lowest rarity because i didnt find a way to upgrade them during the run. Movement/dodging: the movement is very smooth and satisfying, but this can also lead to problems when trying to not get hit by incomming attacks/projectiles. Dodging away from projectiles can land you in another projectile. This seems to happen more in this game then any other game that I have played Difficulty: On soo many runs I am blasting through the first 3 stages thinking I got a really good build. Then the game becomes incredibly hard when you arrive in the 4th (Lung) stage. This stage has super annoying mechanics that push and pull you left and right, which often results into you getting hit by one of many projectiles on the screen. Sometimes there is also just too much happening on the screen, so getting hit in those situations because you didnt see a enemy charge at you with 200 mph is super frustrating. I also think some enemies should have a longer charge up time for big attacks. I really hope the devs will balance the enemies. Like I said, I really want to love this game. It's a super cool, creative and interesting take on the bullet hell roguelike combo, but the game needs a lot of work. EDIT: It should reward players for getting better at the game the more they play. The randomly getting damaged bs in stage 4 is incredibly frustrating. Also, the stage 3 boss is like a damage check. dodging the tenticals feels impossible, you just have to kill the boss before you die. Terrible boss design
game has good graphics but the upgrades are so underwhelming, limited weapon slots, can't pick up the same weapon to upgrade.
Muy buen juego, muy disfrutable pero en mi opinión le falta algo más de contenido
one of the best Roguelites Ive ever played
