It took me sometimes to understand how to continue the story progress just to get each ending, and it was a hell of adrenaline. The story was wonderful, that even I didn't realize the main character still stuck in a delusion world she is in. There some scary stuff, romantic, & friendship on the story, overall I manage to get all the endings, and it was worth it. I really like the CG where Linglou and Ling Yu are holding hands and crying to each other, it was the saddest thing to see. The music/OST for my favorite was the 'Promise', it was so enjoyable while I'm sleeping, ha ha ha. But sometimes the storyline is just way long that it make me no time to read all of them, like I had no rest to catch my breath. Anyway, this game is best visual novel paranoia I ever played.

Paranoia: Deliver Me is a psychological narrative adventure developed by Heart-7 Culture Communication (Shanghai) Co., Ltd and published on Steam by SakuraGame. Adapted from a popular novel, the game positions itself as a story-first experience that explores trauma, identity, and the fragile boundary between perception and reality. Rather than relying on complex gameplay systems, it leans heavily into introspective storytelling, inviting players to inhabit the mind of its troubled protagonist and navigate her emotional unraveling through branching dialogue and choice-driven progression. The story centers on Lingluo, a young college student with aspirations of becoming a musician. Her world begins to fracture following a traumatic incident involving her closest friend, setting off a chain of psychological instability that forms the backbone of the narrative. As Lingluo struggles with guilt, grief, and creeping paranoia, the player is drawn into a deeply internal journey. Much of the tension stems not from external threats but from Lingluo’s perception of events—memories blur, reality feels distorted, and relationships grow strained under the weight of unspoken regret. The game’s structure reinforces this theme, often presenting events in a way that leaves players questioning what is literal and what may be symbolic manifestations of Lingluo’s deteriorating mental state. Gameplay follows the traditional visual novel format. Players read dialogue and internal monologue while making occasional choices that steer conversations or alter narrative direction. These decisions can influence character relationships and ultimately lead to different endings. While interaction is limited, the emotional consequences of choices are emphasized, giving weight to how Lingluo processes her experiences and how others respond to her vulnerability. The pacing is deliberate, sometimes slow, allowing space for character reflection and psychological buildup. For players who appreciate layered storytelling and emotional nuance, this measured approach enhances immersion. However, those seeking dynamic mechanics or action-oriented segments may find the experience static. Visually, Paranoia: Deliver Me employs anime-inspired character art paired with atmospheric background illustrations. The art style is expressive, particularly in character portraits where subtle changes in facial expression convey emotional shifts. Backgrounds often reflect Lingluo’s mental state, transitioning between grounded reality and more surreal imagery during moments of heightened stress or introspection. While production values are modest compared to large-scale visual novels, the aesthetic cohesion supports the game’s psychological themes. Sound design and background music further underscore emotional scenes, though voice acting is limited and localization quality can occasionally disrupt immersion for English-speaking players due to uneven phrasing or awkward translation. Thematically, the game ventures into mature territory. It addresses issues such as depression, self-harm, guilt, and emotional dependency without presenting them as superficial plot devices. Instead, these elements are woven into Lingluo’s internal narrative, functioning as reflections of her unresolved trauma. Certain sequences adopt a surreal tone, using metaphorical imagery to represent psychological distress. This ambition sets the game apart from lighter romantic or slice-of-life visual novels. It demands emotional engagement and interpretive effort from the player, rewarding those willing to reflect on its symbolism and layered storytelling. Reception has been mixed to moderately positive, reflecting appreciation for its narrative ambition alongside criticism of its execution. Many players praise its emotional intensity and willingness to explore uncomfortable themes. Others point to pacing inconsistencies and translation issues that occasionally obscure important plot points. The overall experience feels like a focused indie project—ambitious in concept, intimate in scope, and occasionally uneven in delivery. It does not aim for spectacle but instead for emotional resonance. Ultimately, Paranoia: Deliver Me is a compact psychological drama that prioritizes internal conflict over external action. It offers a character-driven exploration of fear, regret, and self-acceptance framed through a visual novel lens. While technical and localization imperfections prevent it from reaching its full narrative potential, its willingness to confront heavy emotional themes gives it a distinctive identity within the indie visual novel landscape. For players drawn to introspective storytelling and psychological depth, it provides a thoughtful, if imperfect, journey into the complexities of the human mind. Rating: 6/10
the english is very bad
This is not an easiest one. You'll need enough time and calm to play through and reach at least 1 ending.
