One of the best simplest games! At the end of the day you always have to work at the border, but this game makes it so much interesting. It transforms a repetitive, bureaucratic job into a gripping puzzle of logic, morality, and survival. Every document check feels like a high-stakes decision where your family's fate is on the line. A masterclass in minimalist design that stays with you long after the shift ends. Glory to Arstotzka!
What's that? All your papers are in order? Well, ♥♥♥♥ you anyway. Denied, and glory to Arstotzka.

You're put in the position of a seemingly heartless border control officer who couldn't care less about why someone's paperwork is invalid or the circumstances that brought them here. Every act of disobedience comes with the unavoidable reality that you will not have enough to take care of your family if you follow through constantly forcing you to weigh your morals against the financial consequences. The game does a great job of making it intentionally difficult to earn any amount of disposable income without ever making you feel as though you're simply bad at your job.
Congratulations, comerade. With this game you can experience a fantasy of working an intelectually demanding job for a low pay while making people's lives miserable.
You barely make money to pay rent. Your wife is hungry. Your son got cold. Your niece disappeared. You never see them, but you can't let them down. Glory to Arstotzka! I actually stressed way more than expected and I think I've got traumatized from the sound of M.O.A. citation being printed. The immersion hits from the first second with the incredible soundtrack, the gameplay makes you feel the routine and the stakes, progression slowly presents new pitfalls and expands the narrative. Execution of the pacing and feeling are brilliant. Wish played it sooner.
oyun çok güzel. grestin sınırında bir memursunuz ve insanalrın geçip geçmemesine kurallara bağlı kalarak karar veriyorsunuz oyun bu. çok fazla sonu var ve çok iyi.
Maybe this is what unemployed people play to find fulfillment in life, but man, I would rather work my 9-5 than play this game. The amount of effort and exhaustion that comes with learning this game might as well go into working an actual job. I went in thinking this would be a fun "catch the discrepancies, lol fun fun yippie!" and not a "ok so no what you wanna do is check this with that and don't forget this rule and consult the manual and oh by the way your family of 12 is starving to death" like what in the world The tutorial is also very bad. It was a struggle to learn exactly how to use certain mechanics even after reading the manual over and over and over again. You essentially have to learn by doing, which at that point you only get to admin 5 people before the next day. It has a snowball effect where you barely learn one thing, and then the next day you're introduced to a new mechanic or something else, making yourself even more confused. If I hadn't known the gist of this game and went in blind, I would have been totally lost
The HUD is very small, no good overview, just bad, give it a try, but dont regret it.
