About
A whimsical and lively garden somewhere in the distant future gets invaded by color-slurping aliens and ends up completely desaturated. The garden robot is on a mission to cleanse the aliens of their gluttony and restore the color palette.
Palette Cleanser is a sweet, compact 3D platformer lovingly crafted by students from Breda University of Applied Sciences over the course of eight months.

Swiftly dash and jump around the level controlling an adorable robot, cleansing critters along the way to keep your speed up and your spirits high!

These cheeky little aliens think they've taken over, but not for long! Collect them and bring them to safety of their own silliness. But watch out, some might fight back...

Experience a playful twist on size as a tiny robot exploring a HUGE garden! Wander in an open-ended environment and watch the world around you spring back to color as you progress!
Well, the development team couldn't figure out if the player is: slurp & sliding, dash & riding, zip & zapping, jump & pumping, boot & scooting, hop & bopping, surf & turfing, smooch & smacking, blink & skipping, boom & zooming, Plink & Plonk™-ing, but in any case you go very fast, so how about you just go and figure out and tell us later in the reviews.

Very cool idea! I had so much fun collecting the little critters and the world is really beautiful! I wish it was longer! I hope all the best for the students working on this project! You'll create something big someday, I can feel it! <3
Palette Cleanser is a short free game set in a visually lovely 3D garden world, which starts out in shades of grey until enough "critters" are tagged by the player-controlled robot to activate each of the sprinkler systems which restore full colour to the garden. This is a fast-paced game based around the use of a controller; as such it does not suit me at all, but I am still recommending it because I think that it is very well done, just not to my tastes. There are achievements for game progress and for speed runs; suffice to say that I didn't get anywhere near the latter!

Very awesome video game. It's coolsies too with the gameplay and enviroment design :3c
While the asthetics are cool this plays more like a mini game it's hard to say anyone should play it. 2/10
this game gave me hiv
An unfortunately very small game. The environment is very pleasant and the world feels cozy. Character controls are responsive and gameplay is prety straightfoward. The only thing to "complain" is that I wanted to play more. It's sad to see the developers are done with the game, but also understandable since it's a student project. Don't really know what else to say. If you want to try something short to brighten up your day, this is definitely worth it. Ps.: First game on steam that I managed to get all of the achievements. They can be earned in 25 minutes if you care about achievements. Got 6 without even tryijng on my first playthrough.
An amazing little palette cleanser that i would love to see more of. I love the art style and the music is easy on the ears.
Fun little game for a quick 100%.
It's a refreshing little pastime. Cute aesthetics and a pleasant soundtrack, but the controls leave plenty to be desired at least on a keyboard and mouse. Good physics and some interesting level design decisions.
really fun short student project
