In 30 minutes I - got sued 3 times - got 5 asteroids destroying my apartments - plummeted my stock market value - gave an end of quarter speech so bad that my investors now hate me - paid off a rival company to keep them from blowing up my last 4 workers good fun
The graphics of this game are better than I ever expected. It has a very comprehensive financial logic. From the mini-games in it to the gameplay mechanics, it impressed me a lot.
Another gem by the guy that made Planet Barren Objective. Has similar issues with lack of UI/guidance but honestly just click buttons and try things and you'll work it out. Once you get the basics sorted your empire will grow quickly-but your competition also becomes more violent. Orbit Zero's an interesting hybrid - part management sim, part idler, part shooter. There's always something to do and your focus changes as your empire grows so it stays fresh for a long time. Sim + complex - no tutorial = An interesting space economy sim with variety of mechanics. You'll need to figure out everything trial by fire. Some functions are straightforward and good luck commander.
Follow our curator for similar games
A fun game for a couple of hours - very short for the crazy amount of effort that seem to have been put into it. Definitely one of the weirdest games I've seen on Steam (because it doesn't necessarily look like it's TRYING to be weird). The complete lack of tutorials and explanations is what grabbed me. A very, very neat concept in the obscenely handholding-gaming of nowadays. Super appreciate the graphical and UI style, the developer is borderline unhinged for doing this project Would love to see more for him. Go exploit the space market, or go bankrupt trying.
Nice little game. Broke the numbers in 2 hours though. Ran into into integer overflow issues constantly. Also couldn't figure out feng-shui? gg wp
confusing as hell but fascinating
Orbit Zero: Corpo simulator. I had my eyes on this game for a while after one of the curators I follow reviewed this game, and I have to say it didn't disappoint. I'll start by saying that this is more than a clicker game by far. It's more simple than it looks, in a nutshell is a CEO corporation simulator where you have to micromanage a bunch of things until you can make them automated. There are so many things to say and love about this game that got me hooked, and got my friends laughing while doing CEO decisions. From controlling how the employees of your company are helped, to how you deal with other companies, there are so many things you can do which makes the game fun. I love the fact this game doesn't have tutorials, as it allows you to explore and learn at your own pace. It's not all great news though. Some things are not consistent like the value of products you can sell, the employees demands become hard to keep up with later, and money making is also complicated in some ways. I have gone more indepth about these problems and inconsistencies on the forums. In short, it's a lovely game for the price, one I wish to play again and hope it's issues get fixed so I can actually enjoy playing from the start and actually finishing (currently, finishing the game seems rather complicated.)
