Once Human is a Strange Worlds Survival Game set in a strange, post-apocalyptic future. Unite with friends to fight monstrous enemies, uncover secret plots, compete for resources, and build your own territory. Once, you were merely human. Now, you have the power to remake the world.
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. The player count below is how many people own it, not what they spent.

About
You wake up in the middle of nowhere. You'll have to brace yourself for the cruelty of nature (from monsters to lack of food); however, Stardust's influence does not restrict to living things, it also affects the soil and water. Eating polluted food and drinking dirty water will reduce your Sanity. When your Sanity drops, your max HP would drop accordingly. To eat or not to eat, it's a question.
Battle numerous enemies that are once human, and challenge bosses from another dimension to gain powerful items and ease Stardust pollution. You are not only fighting for yourself, but also fighting for the survivors.
With about 100 gun blueprints divided into seven categories for you to collect and craft, every loot grants you something new. Did I mention accessories and gun perks? Right, they are the heroes here. If our current weapon cannot satisfy your need, you can add different parts and perks, upgrade your firearm to your heart's content.
Use Territory Core to build a house of your own. You can keep a practical style, jamming everything needed in a small room; or you can design a townhouse with a patio, kitchen, garage… The best part is, you can relocate your territory any time you want!
Delve into the truth of Stardust, find out where it came from, and what it wants. In the journey of seeking truth, you may feel alone, but you are never alone. There are several factions in the world, some can be violent and hostile, others might be friendly and helpful. Explore human settlements to learn their stories or exterminate bosses without leaving a name for survivors to praise, the choices are yours.

Honestly a cute horror building game
Style: 3rd/1st person shooter looter with survival aspects and base building. It has a little bit of something for everyone. 3rd person and 1st person settings. Building is limited to one territory. Sharded Server worlds to give room. It's not complex but the initial learning curve, especially after the update to tech points, has a little bit of trial and error. There are some glitches and some desired features that could be implemented. Paid for content is all cosmetic with real currency minus the battle pass that does give chests that have material in it but nothing 10 minutes in the world wouldn't have you collect anyway. Anything that lets you advance in the game is purchased with in game currency known as Starcrom for the high end armor and weapons which you get passively just playing the game. Overall would recommend. It borrows from a lot of various games similar in style. The game plays as seasonal servers that end between 25 - 45 days though they have implemented perma servers for those that want to continue playing without restarting. Custom servers for those that don't like the official settings. It will not be everyone's cup of tea. I'd recommend giving it a go for at least a season, test the waters. It's free, worst case, uninstall afterwards.
Seems pretty cool. Good gun play and cosmetics. I haven't seen anything where you have to pay, so it's actually pretty chill. Love it.
It's cool and the open world is better than most games. Wish they added more skills and katana skins.
