its fun classic JRPG

A really good JRPG, might be a little hard and side quests require you to figure the answer out from some hints and clues from conversations or even have to search for youself. Overall it is a solid game and worth playing.
after a couple mini bosses decided to drop the game my main issue? how the game balances the encounters, i had 2 bosses back to back that are not a threat at all, they never made me feel like I was about to lose, but at the same time, the boss has 50k hp and takes forever to kill, if you want me to be stronger and level up before fighting the boss, then the boss should feel like an overwhelming force, instead if just feels like we are both just tickling each other and doing pretty much no damage, the "break" mechanicis extremely fun at the start of the game but after a bit you realize it's literally the only way to do any kind of real damage to the enemies, all the characters have something cool that you want to use surrounded by nothingburger skills or mechanics. the game is gorgeous, but the story is barely serviceable, the intro is painfully long (around 1 hr per character if you are not skipping the dialogs, so you have 8ish hours of just introductions and reading exposition), characters are quite uncharismatic, the random encounters are insufferable, you get them SO OFTEN it's genuinely a pain, the only way to make the game playable is to equip a passive ability that makes the game reduce random encounters (I believe by 2.5x?).
