Occupy White Walls isn't just a game—it's a portal into pure artistic freedom, a breathtaking sandbox MMO where your imagination literally builds worlds of wonder. A game about curating art galleries? Sounds niche at first, but once you dive in, you realize this is one of the most innovative, relaxing, and inspiring experiences on Steam. It's like Minecraft met The Sims in the most elegant art museum imaginable, powered by Unreal Engine beauty, an incredible AI discovery system (DAISY is a genius), and a community that's genuinely welcoming and brilliant. From the moment you claim your first blank space and start placing walls, floors, lighting, furniture, and jaw-dropping pieces of art (from classics to wild contemporary uploads), you're hooked. The building tools are intuitive yet deep—you'll go from simple rooms to sprawling architectural marvels: floating sky galleries, volcanic interiors, cruise-ship museums, kaleidoscopic gateways, temples of time and space... the creativity on display from players is next-level. Every gallery feels alive, thoughtful, and personal. Visiting others is pure joy—wandering through someone else's vision, discovering hidden details, or just soaking in the atmosphere while chatting with friendly "Artinauts." The progression is perfectly balanced: earn cubes by opening your gallery to visitors (real players and NPCs), level up by collecting art, unlock more assets, expand endlessly. No predatory monetization—just pure creative flow. The community is a highlight: supportive, troll-free haven full of artists, dreamers, and builders who'll hype your work and collaborate. I've spent hours lost in meditative building sessions, researching real architecture for inspiration, only to emerge with something I'm genuinely proud of. It's therapeutic, educational, and endlessly replayable. Even with its upcoming closure (a bittersweet end to an era), the memories and creations here are eternal. This game sparked real artistic growth in me—connecting me to beauty, history, and fellow creators in ways no other title has. Free to play, stunning to look at, infinite in potential. If you have even a spark of creativity, download this immediately. It's not just recommended—it's essential. Thank you, Occupy White Walls. You didn't just occupy walls—you occupied my heart and inspired a whole new love for art and creation. 10/10, forever in my "Played" list. Go build something legendary!

10/10 The Abyss I absolutely fell in love with this game of building your own painting gallery. I am very sad to hear servers are getting closed, yet the time spent here wasn't a waste. It was an adventure of calming myself down when needed and just focusing on building something beautiful. I have found a lot of paintings I didn't know of and loved to think I will manage get my gallery big enough to hang all of them. Yet there were so many, so many and many, many more paintings, and so I could never get enough space, enough room, haha. My favourite of all the rooms I built was the Greek one with a grassy floor and a rainbow ceiling, though I loved them all. All were made with love. The R'lyeh Depths of Cthulhu with water icy ships paintings, a hand-drawn room with sketches, a cinema in the name of one of my best friends, Albrecht Dürer wall, a wild Mad Red room, a warrior knight room, a dark alien-like room, and so many, many more, all starting with the Deep Space entry with galaxy artwork. addicting: 10/10 graphic: 9/10 music: 7/10
This was a really fantastic game that I stopped playing when they added AI art. Still, I’m very sad to see it go. I used to spend so long just going through the recommend art features, but it was so amazing to see what other people built and to curate your own gallery. I’ll miss it.
This game will forever remain in my heart, even after it has been shut down. I still recommend the game to anyone who can play before March 16. There are so many amazing galleries in the game, and it is thereby such a shame that they will all be lost soon. Goodbye, and thank you Stikipixels for all of your work on this game.
AI art was accepted into this game day 1
Will always have a special place in my heart. Also the soundtrack got stuck forever in my head. <3
Just wanted to say thank you. I spent a lot of time looking at what people had curated.. a little time chatting with interesting people.. but mostly I spent time curating my own spaces. I would walk the rooms I had built and look at the art I had collected. It gave me time to think, it helped me through some really difficult times in my life and gave my mind somewhere to just be. Thank you.
A game that I stumbled on waay too late, unfortunately... It's sad to see the online mode go away very soon... Nonetheless, I want to thank the development studio for enabling this possibility and for creating this beauty of a game - wishing you all the best! <3
One of the most beautiful free games out there, no monetisation, no bs, just a beautiful game about building an art gallery as complex, simple or abstract as you'd like. It's on the older side and who knows how long the servers will stay on for, with no more updates to come who knows what the future holds. I sincerely hope this game is here for many years to come
這是很美的建築及藝術收集的遊戲.. 謝謝它曾經存在過
