Occultus: Daughter of Darkness

I loved this visual novel, however... For potential buyers, I loved the story. The story is really fun to follow and just really had me kinda early on all the way through the end. If you're looking for lots of animated sex scenes, that is not really what you will find here. If you're looking for lots of choices that change the course of the story drastically, you wont really find that here, its pretty linear for the most part. If you're looking for a dating simulator or harem builder where you sleep with everyone, well not so much of that here either. If you're looking for an interesting story with some kinda impressive mystery elements that happens to include some sex scenes that feel much less forced or wedged in than what you find in movies, then you WILL find that here. In conclusion, if you want a fun story to basically click to read and enjoy, you may like this a lot. If you're looking for more interactive or heavy sexual themes where you dictate the direction things go, this is likely not for you.

야겜 소믈리에입니다. 아일랜드 출신으로 뉴욕에서 사립탐정으로 활동 중인 주인공. 그러나 최근 들어 맡게 된 의뢰마다 의뢰인이 자살하는 등, 사립탐정으로써 사람들을 돕겠다는 꿈보다 잔혹한 현실에 우울한 나날을 보내고 있었죠. 그러던 도중, 유명 여배우가 자신을 찾아옵니다. 실종된 자신의 에이전트를 찾아달라는 일이었죠. 수사가 진행되면서 밝혀지는 숨겨진 진실들. 실종의 배후에는 어떤 조직이 있다는 것을 알게 되는데... [b]레즈비언[/b] 비주얼 노벨입니다. 등장하는 연애 대상은 전부 여성이고요. 남성이 등장하는 H신이 2개 존재하는데 게임 내의 비중은 거의 없다고 보기면 됩니다. 초반부는 정통 느와르물로 시작됩니다. 전체적으로도 느와르의 형식을 따르고요. 다만 플롯 중간에 장르를 한 번 꺾습니다. 이 점은 호불호가 갈릴 것 같습니다. 게임 내의 선택지가 스토리 진행에는 영향을 미치지 않습니다. 무엇을 고르든 간에 1개의 엔딩에 도달하거든요. 다만 선택지를 통해 히로인이 결정됩니다. 엔딩 직전에 선택된 히로인과의 H신을 볼 수 있고요. 주인공이 로맨티시스트인지라 난잡한 야스는 불가능합니다. 엄청난 단점이라고 생각되는데 [b]H신이 노꼴입니다.[/b] 일단 애니메이션은 없어요. 웬만한 H신이 그냥 커널링거스 한 번에 끝납니다. [b]여성편 조루[/b] 느낌이랄까요? 스트랩 온 딜도에 BDSM까지 뭘 넣긴 했는데 이렇게까지 못 살릴 수 있는지 개발자의 역량이 참 아쉽습니다. [h1] 결론은 이 게임은 평작입니다. [/h1] 아직 풀리지 않은 떡밥이 있고 대놓고 후속작을 암시합니다. 실제로 DLC가 현재 제작 중이고요. 본편이 6,700원인데 플레이타임은 엄청나게 훌륭합니다. 가성비가 좋은 건 모르겠어요. 스토리는 괜찮은데 전체적으로 질이 낮고 양만 많다고 느껴지거든요. 한강물 라면이 가성비가 좋은 건 아니잖아요? 레즈비언 주인공을 플레이하고 싶어서 구매한 게임인데 게임 자체가 조금 심심한 면이 있어서 개인적으로 만족스럽지는 않았습니다. 구매하신다면 말리지는 않을게요. DLC에서는 더 발전된 모습을 보여줬으면 좋겠네요.

The detective story begins with a cliché. When you answer the door, a busty actress in a red dress walks in. She asks you to seek for her agent, who has suddenly vanished. Of course, you have no problem accepting the job because the pay is good. And the client is not bad either. Disclaimer: Because most adult visual novels, or visual novels in general, use the same engine, I won't go into detail about the technical aspects. All you need to know is that it comes with the ability to save the game at any moment and skip every bit of text right from the start. Of course, using this feature for your first playthrough is not recommended because it defeats the entire purpose of visual novels. Sadly, you find the agent dead in her bathtub. Thinking the case is closed, everything changes when odd visions begin to appear. You do not pay much attention because the actress hires you for another work, but in a different city. So you grab your best friend, who may have more feelings for you than you realize, and jump on a plane. Everything changes in the new city. That is where you will meet enigmatic characters who lead to an elite and mysterious cult. Everyone in it is gorgeous and successful, so you do not have to guess what the secret is. The game is all about telling an intriguing story. While certain choices lead to different scenes, the majority of the story is linear. Certain story parts can be quite lengthy. It is not unusual to read through a large amount of text without making a single decision. This does not detract from the story's quality. Plus, the story takes quite a few hours. Graphic sex scenes are featured, and there are several of them, but they are not the main focus. Because you play a female investigator who spends most of her time with girls, the most of the action is between them, but there are a few moments with men as well. Sex scenes are brief since the story takes precedence, but it’s still there for those interested. Art is decent but it won't blow you away. The only criticism is that some images are too dark.

What began as a simple detective story has evolved into a complex tale of vampire politics and lesbian romance. The narrative is compelling with plenty of nudity, though there's too little of the explicit stuff. There's no scene gallery either.

A great Visual Novel. Nice blend of themes. Not linear, and the choices matter for the love routes. Unusually good story, it was no chore seeing it again when making other choices. Feels like a cheap romance novel in the best ways, I enjoyed every path. Characters are gorgeous too, no uncanny valley stuff. Give this a bite!

A Good and interesting story. A female PD gets thrown for a loop and her whole life changes. There are several routes for you to enjoy. Nudity and Sex fairly often to, You do get to make the odd choice. Enoy

Visual I think kind of mixed for me, in the beginning feel decent but its getting better with the lighting and render quality in day time places than night time or dark places 4. The strongest of the Occultus: Daughter of Darkness is Lesbians', if you really like this preferences you will very pleased with this game because not many game like this on steam 5. Occultus: Daughter of Darkness is will have sequel because Jane Malady if back and become prettier and have long hair in there I am also more enjoy that sequel :D Since short hair not really my type 6. The Bimbo Blonde Hair Jane Malady is the Bombshell, I wish developer make the game with that character as main protagonist 👱‍♀️ 7. I'm only 3.5 hours into this, but I think I'm far enough into it to share my thoughts. Essentially, I like it. Be aware though, it is a novel. Very much so. Like an old dime paperback. So if you're not the type to settle in for an afternoon's reading it may not be for you. For me though, I like the story so far, like the MC and other characters even though more than a few of them look rather familiar ... as though I may have encountered them in other AVN's. And I definitely like the atmospheric true to the genre music. In short, definitely worth a look. Definitely gets my recommendation, especially if it's on sale. Cheers.
