Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 23 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

In the distant future, mankind has discovered volatile sources of near-infinite energy, known as Nullstars. These mysterious anomalies can power entire planets, but are ticking time bombs that can wipe out entire worlds if they go critical. To this end, mega-corporations hire teams of archivists to find traces of lost worlds, to scavenge for the valuable remains of their nullstar. You are a scav drone pilot, sent into the orbit of a crippled megastructure to retrieve the treasure buried within.
Nullstar: Solus is a precision platformer where speed is everything. Hurtle through the forgotten, overgrown chambers and corridors of a megastructure, facing perilous environments and ancient security protocols in search of priceless nullstar fragments for your corporate overlords.

Pilot a fleet of drones into the depths of a labyrinth of steel and rust, explore the bones of a dead world and try to survive hostile environments and still-active security measures. Master your controls and environments to fly, drift, and ricochet your way to the top of global leaderboards.
Scav drones can navigate in any direction, but mastery of the Flight Path System is key to minimizing times. Turn off your thrusters selectively to maximize speed, and air-brake to drift around corners at impossible speeds.
Fast-paced, reactive gameplay that's approachable but challenging to master. Be swift, think fast, set records, challenge rivals, then break their records again. As you improve, you'll be able to decrypt intercepted flight logs to learn more about the world and your fellow pilots.
Conquer 100 levels spread across five game worlds. Progress through the ruins of an ancient world still in the process of being reclaimed by the nature it replaced, packed with evolving challenges, new dangers, and beautiful environments to explore.
All 100 levels have been hand-crafted with unique features, challenges, and multiple approaches; set in a detailed, atmospheric pixel-art world, and backed by a dark soundtrack featuring Amelia Jones (Hollow Knight) and Mariya Anastasova (Baldur's Gate 3).
Sums Steam only; Xbox, Nintendo, PlayStation publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Glad to see the feedback about the 'instant spawn after death' be incorporated into the full release of the game! The mechanics on disabling directions is a new one to me, and feels like a rewarding skill to master, albeit a bit confusing initally (disabling a direction will still cause the boosters to fire opposite of where you are going, obviously). I first played the demo on Keyboard, but would wholly recommend a controller to make the full use of this mechanic, which even the game pushes you to do during the up/down gravity levels or even when simply attempting to beat the best times. [strike]I've managed to get to World 2 so far, and have almost completed the perfect times on almost all the levels in World 1, with the exception of 1-9 'Arc Conduit'. I'm not one to play platformers very often, but I managed to be #7 on this level with a time of 1.707 seconds (1.600 to beat) using Solus. The next best time is a whopping 1.581, which for these types of games is a quite significant jump leading me to believe I was beaten using one of the locked ships, Horizon, which has a boost in horizontal movement speed. I myself have beaten the best time of 1-8 by 0.1 seconds simply by switching to Titan and ramming into the last laser beam to complete the level. Unless the developers intended for players to beat the best times with specific ships, this feels like a major oversight on leaderboards, and would love to see an icon of some sort to let the player know which ships they've beaten a level with and allow all players on that specific leaderboard to compete on an even playing field, or at least an in-game hint of to let them know to come back to this level in the future.[/strike] After closer inspection, it seems like the leaderboards are in fact separated by ships. If there was a different change I'd like to see, it'd be some more clarity on how the data is represented (using each ship's icon maybe) and some more obvious way to tell the player how to switch between leaderboards/ships, as Z or C is not otherwise used in game. The rest of the game feels polished, using expressive pixel art combined with smooth animation that just feels great to play. Movement can feel 'floaty' to an extent, though this is intentionally done so to reward players who interact with the 'disable engine' mechanic and ties in to some more subtle mechanics like gravity and friction to allow for some rewarding drifts. Well worth the price tag!

Saw 30 reviews with 100% recommend. Bought the game. Beaten W1 and grinded most of the WRs. Got bored due to poor level design. Moved to W2. Disappointed at space garbage appears from W2, that causes "random" blocked. Stopped playing. Checked profile of review posters. Most are shills within 1hr playtime, and not even beat W1. A few with over 10hrs but no achievements unlock. I’ve let it go with this reviewe :)
only up to level 12 and the momentum building is so unique and challenging in the best way. admittedly a steep learning curve, but i've already hit flow state in multiple levels. very cool :D
Soooo. im leaving a positive review becasue i need to help the Devs fund their "fursuits" and "Solussuit" they told me to do it and i gotta say, im convinced :) so heres my review for you Devs and i hope you can see im helping you to not be homeless :D
Its a fun little game, similar in style to flash game like you would have played on newgrounds 20 years ago. You can finish the game relatively quickly, but for a game like this you don't want it to be too long. Its tough, but fair for the most part. The ships can be a little too slippery and finnicky to control at times, sometime that can be frustrating for games like this that require precision. I played through the game and never unlocked a new ship, which is pretty dumb, as it should just be tied to level completions, but even if its not it should be explained. A few later levels are kind of poorly designed, specifically level 5.13. But its a small team and still an enjoyable game overall. Get it on decent sale. 7.5/10
Really atmospheric pixel art style and incredibly smooth gameplay and transitions to go with it. The mechanics for gaining more speed can be tricky to get the hang of, but they are consistent and offer a good challenge
Developed by Smash Attack Aus and published by indie.io, Nullstar: Solus is a fast-paced precision platformer that thrives on fluid movement, technical mastery, and rewarding exploration. Set in a distant future where corporations scour the remnants of extinct civilizations for an immensely powerful energy source known as the Nullstar, the game casts players as a drone pilot sent deep into a colossal abandoned structure. Rather than presenting its narrative through lengthy cutscenes, the game allows its world to speak through its environments and optional discoveries, creating an intriguing science-fiction backdrop that gradually unfolds as players venture deeper into forgotten ruins. Movement is the defining feature of the experience, and Nullstar: Solus excels at making every second of traversal feel engaging. Players control an agile drone capable of thrusting, drifting, braking, and preserving momentum while navigating increasingly elaborate obstacle courses. At first, the controls are easy to understand, but the game steadily introduces more demanding mechanics that encourage experimentation and precision. Learning how to chain movement techniques together becomes incredibly satisfying, transforming difficult sections into opportunities for self-improvement. Every successful run feels earned, and the responsive controls ensure that failures rarely feel unfair. The campaign features 100 handcrafted stages spread across five visually distinct worlds, each introducing new hazards, environmental mechanics, and increasingly complex layouts. Instead of relying on repetitive level design, every area presents fresh ideas that keep progression interesting from beginning to end. Players are challenged to master timing, momentum, and route optimization while avoiding security systems and environmental dangers that become progressively more elaborate. Competitive players can also chase faster completion times through online leaderboards, adding substantial replay value long after the campaign has been completed. The presentation effectively reinforces the game's lonely yet captivating atmosphere. Detailed pixel art environments depict massive industrial facilities that have slowly fallen into decay while nature reclaims what civilization left behind. Every world feels distinct, helping maintain visual variety throughout the adventure. Smooth animations and carefully crafted visual effects ensure that even at high speeds, movement remains easy to follow. The soundtrack further elevates the experience with emotional and atmospheric compositions that complement both the quiet moments of exploration and the intense concentration required during demanding platforming sequences, giving the world a memorable sense of scale and isolation. Beyond its mechanical challenges, Nullstar: Solus rewards players with collectible flight logs and narrative fragments that gradually expand upon its universe and the individuals involved in the dangerous scavenging operation. This subtle storytelling approach works well because it never interrupts the gameplay, instead encouraging exploration and skillful play to uncover additional context. Players interested in the lore can piece together the larger mystery, while those focused purely on gameplay can enjoy the experience without feeling forced into lengthy exposition. Although the game delivers an excellent platforming experience, its specialized design means it will appeal most to players who enjoy mastering difficult mechanics. Those looking for combat-heavy gameplay, role-playing systems, or cinematic storytelling may find its narrow focus less engaging. Likewise, the later stages demand patience and precision that may discourage players seeking a more relaxed adventure. However, for fans of challenging movement-based games, these demanding sections become some of the most rewarding moments as each completed level reflects genuine improvement in player skill. Nullstar: Solus succeeds because it remains committed to its core design philosophy. Its polished movement system, carefully crafted level design, atmospheric presentation, and understated science-fiction narrative come together to create a platformer that consistently rewards practice, experimentation, and perseverance. Rather than relying on artificial progression systems or unnecessary distractions, it builds its appeal through satisfying mechanics and thoughtful design. Players who enjoy refining their abilities and conquering increasingly demanding challenges will find a rewarding adventure that continues to impress from its opening levels to its final trials.
