Nova Hearts

I loved this game! The art style is beautiful and the story is very engaging. I really liked the way the team handled relationships around non-monogamy, polyamory, and kink. It was very kind and well informed. The combat and skills are fun and help elevate the story and the experience of playing. I really appreciated the characterization for May 0, CJ, Sacha and Julietta!

It's an amalgation of the worst society made last ten years. Games like this need a good story and good characters. The story is bad, but the characters are so much worse.

I have pondering about whether to recommend this game after finishing the first chapter. The writing was sometimes unbearable to read, especially when you flirt at the most random times possible (I guess that might be flaw in having too many love interests?). HOWEVER, the writing is also what kept me going. I've noticed that I've laughed at the silly things Will and CJ have said and even now, I am fighting back tears from that ending (of course I won't say a thing, keeping it spoiler-free here). In the end: would I recommend this to my friends that are primarily into story games? Most likely not. Would I recoomend it to a dating sim geek? Definitely. Also, when I've reached Julietta's chapter and lost so many times in the fights, I skipped every other battle until the end. There's no way that I am going to be able to beat a boss with 999 HP when ours is 300 COMBINED!

Great game, the combat got a little hard at the end and the game would greatly benefit from a combat speed toggle. One of the fights before the end could use some tweaking . 4 enemies having a low damage attacks with short timers and high chance to inflict confusion was devastating. It was the only fight I had to attempt multiple times. Other than that 10/10 game.

I've enjoyed the demo and like this art-style a lot but most importantly I simp HARD for Will and I want MOAR Ok so after a few hours a couple considerations: -combat is what it is and could be improved but don't ask me how; I'm if anything really glad I can just skip it but that's not really a praise for the game; -despite all my choices Will is just a friend to me for most of the time, and that kinda goes against the very reason I'm playing the game BUT from what I've gathered, the romance event already triggered for me so... it's ok I guess?

Vraiment très bon, même si j'ai toujours un peu de mal à appréhender les combats. En espérant une suite ou un jeu similaire.
