The delete option for nodes is horrible to say the least. Frustrating to have such a simple problem destroy a good product. Update..07-21-19.. After much gettting used too I got the hang of the delete. The rest of the software is great. The last update caused all the shapes to become invisible from imported csv files and old maps. I am sure they will fix it soon.
this is actually a really cool application for idea building!
Oi devs! Continue o bom trabalho!
I purchased Noda back in 2019 (early access) because it's a novel use of VR; a rare 'productivity app' - great to see! The interface is easy to use, everything works well and looks nice. I don't have a huge need / demand for 3D node maps in my life, so I've just built a few maps to play around with the tool... there's a lot of potential here, especially for collaboration with the multiplayer feature. Your mileage may vary based on your use cases. Try the free demo and let your imagination run wild! For the price I paid, and what the devs have achieved, I give this THUMBS: UP!
I tried building out one of my stories i already had decently planned out but as i got further into it i kept running into stuff that i was like "why cant i select a whole cluster or the top node and bring it elsewhere along with every other node with it instead of moving and rearranging them again how i want them to be?" and "why can i only map side to side? this place for building is way higher then i can reach. all that wasted thought space.... why not and flying or walking at lest instead of Just teleport. i get people get motion sick but still should be a option." not to mention a few set shapes for stuff if you want. how about let us also design shapes for it? It lets us import images so don't see why cant like "i want a squiggly line to stand in for this" much less let us draw like the steam home has as well? plus why always need VR to start it up. could make it mouse and keyboard as well so when im writeing and need to look at info i can pop it open without setting up my VR system and even add if i think something else. this is a fancy and pricey mind map which you can find other programs like it for free much less Just use paint. much more freedom and it can do as i said and its free.
Reinstalled and re-downloaded. Still does not work. Very disappointing. So, not certain that I want to risk purchasing the full version.
I used this on the Quest using the passthrough camera and loved it, works with how I like to map things out (walking rather than sitting). I like the app here as well, streams very well to my XR Elite headset but I am really wanting the standalone app to come out so I can use the passthrough camera again.
Hi devs! It`s very usability instrument for mind map creating! But i have some wishes. Can you make a grouping and ability of patterns saving? And more colors of connection lines. And turning off the "nods", for work from only images. Please!))
