Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Really loved this game, played through it in one sitting. Gonna try the other difficulties (other than normal) aswell and see how far I can get! I also really like how the story was conveyed in this game!!
解密,简单。emmm不哈人甚至有点无聊。剧情也是超简单的。 中评。
I played the game for 2 hours and got right to the end but didn't beat the last boss. + The atmosphere of the different locations is great + The weapon and upgrade system was original + The story is disturbing and interesting - The graphics are plain and dated - One of the puzzle items to find a code is in a really obscure out of the way location, hard to find - The enemy can be really cheap at times and hit you from behind, you cant tell where he came from - More healing items needed Overall I give this game a solid 6/10 I think it should be priced around $5

La verdad es que me ha gustado bastante. Tiene 3 escenarios en los que tienes que ir encontrando pistas acerca de un asesinato mientras un niño diabólico te persigue. Muy entretenido y con mucha tensión. Totalmente recomendable.
Really hated that it said preview in the top left corner the whole time and there was a little bit too much walking in my opinion but other than that it is a good game.
No Son Of Mine is a first-person survival horror title developed and published by Pleasantly Friendly Games that confidently embraces many of the genre's classic foundations while introducing a few ideas of its own. At its core, the game revolves around a disturbing investigation tied to a sinister figure known only as The Boy, an ever-present threat that transforms what could have been a straightforward horror adventure into an intense battle for survival. From the opening moments, the game establishes a bleak and oppressive atmosphere, inviting players into a world where every shadow feels dangerous and every answer uncovered raises even more questions. The game's greatest strength lies in how it handles tension. Instead of depending entirely on scripted scares, it creates fear through unpredictability. The Boy is not simply an obstacle waiting at designated checkpoints; he actively influences the pacing of the experience. Players never feel entirely safe, especially when environmental lighting becomes a critical mechanic. Darkness serves as more than visual dressing, forcing players to remain alert and make split-second decisions between hiding, fighting, or retreating. This relationship between light and danger gives the game a distinct identity and ensures that exploration remains consistently engaging. Gameplay combines several familiar survival horror elements, including combat, stealth, puzzle-solving, and resource management. The inclusion of weapons such as the CB 9000 provides players with opportunities to defend themselves, but No Son Of Mine wisely avoids turning encounters into action sequences. Ammunition and opportunities are limited enough to preserve a sense of vulnerability. Exploration is rewarded with additional context about the world and its mysteries, while puzzles are integrated naturally into progression. The game trusts players to pay attention to their surroundings and does not provide excessive guidance, which contributes to an old-school feeling that fans of challenging horror titles will likely appreciate. Visually, Pleasantly Friendly Games has created an effective presentation despite operating on a comparatively modest scale. The environments are filled with unsettling details, and the lighting system plays a major role in reinforcing the mood. The first-person perspective enhances immersion, making every narrow hallway and dimly lit room feel claustrophobic. Sound design is equally important to the experience. Subtle ambient effects, moments of silence, and sudden audio cues work together to maintain a constant sense of unease. The mature themes and depictions of violence fit the game's overall tone, helping establish a world that feels cruel and unforgiving without becoming excessive. From a technical standpoint, No Son Of Mine is surprisingly accessible. Its relatively small installation size and modest hardware requirements make it easy to run on a wide range of systems. Additional features such as Steam Cloud support, controller compatibility, achievements, and multiple language options demonstrate a commendable level of polish. While the game occasionally shows the limitations of its independent origins through some rough edges in presentation and its intentionally demanding design choices, these issues rarely detract from the overall experience. Ultimately, No Son Of Mine succeeds because it understands what survival horror is meant to evoke. It consistently places players in uncomfortable situations and challenges them to overcome fear through observation, experimentation, and perseverance. Its combination of exploration, combat, puzzles, and psychological tension results in a memorable experience that will appeal most strongly to players who enjoy being tested rather than guided. Pleasantly Friendly Games may not have delivered the biggest horror release on Steam, but they have created one that leaves a lasting impression through its atmosphere and commitment to its vision. Rating: 7/10
