About

Immerse yourself in NightSpawn, a heart-pounding multiplayer horror experience playable in first-person or third-person perspective. Join the enigmatic Hollowgate Society—a group of investigators dedicated to uncovering the truth behind the paranormal—and gather your courage to face unimaginable terrors. Collaborate with up to three friends in this escape room-style adventure, or dive into thrilling PvP gameplay that will test your wits and survival instincts.
As investigators, you and your team find yourselves trapped in a nightmarish location. To survive, you'll need to scavenge for essential tools, solve intricate puzzles, and cleverly use your resources—all while relentlessly pursued by monstrous entities.
Choose your approach wisely. The items you discover can have multiple uses, you must decide how best to use them. Keep on the lookout for ways to open up (or close off) locations around you. A fuse box could restore power and unlock a keypad - or could be disabled to bypass hazardous electrical traps. Your decisions directly shape your chances of survival.

Join the Hollowgate (Story Mode - Upcoming): Follow the lore of NightSpawn and step into the shoes of an investigator for the Hollowgate society.
Be courageous (Single Player): Face the horrors of NightSpawn alone and fight to escape the very bowels of hell.
Escape the Nightmare (PvE): Work together with three other players to evade deadly AI-driven monstrosities and escape each haunting location.
Competitive Versus Mode (2v2 PvP): Face off against rival investigators in a tense, competitive environment that demands strategic cooperation and cunning.
Play as the Monster (Upcoming): Step into the shoes of terrifying creatures, turning the tables on investigators in this spine-chilling future mode.
Can you survive the horrors of NightSpawn, or will you become another victim to the darkness?

Choose your character wisely! Each investigator specialises in a unique piece of equipment that can turn the tide in your bid for escape.
Customise your characters to your playstyle with perks. As your favourite investigators get more experienced, they’ll unlock dozens of perks and hundreds of potential builds which give them an extra edge.
The monsters of NightSpawn are merciless. Each location the Hollowgate Society investigators discover is host to its own nightmare creature. Inspired by legend, pop culture and horror classics - every creature is unyielding in its hunt for you.
Your speed and skills will contribute to your overall score at the end of each game. Take on the leaderboards and forge a way to the top.
Take on the horror at escalating levels of difficulty. Alternatively, make your game bespoke with customisable difficulty settings. Keep an eye out for converted Tarot cards, which can be played in subsequent matches, enabling bonus challenges and offering extra rewards.
Prepare yourself—NightSpawn awaits. Will you unravel the truth or succumb to eternal darkness?

It's not that hard to get used to and the randomly generated placements and codes are good because then it doesn't become stale with copy paste answers to the door codes etc. The Noble, is such a gentlemen though, who you are trying to stay away from. His ability to creep up on you is uncanny. Keep an ear out for his cane taps, you'll thank me later. They minigame for picklocking is quite nice also and will be familiar to a lot of Fallout fans and others that adopted this way You wont get Twilight sparkles here nor a love story but a adrenaline rushing good time with a decent amount of lore ( that's begin added on a continuous basis. Right now I am basing the four characters as Australians because they are criminals and yes I'm an Aussie, i know a fellow convict when i see one LOL. The developers are in close contact with the community also as we seen on my stream last night. I highly recommend this game to you fellow coop horror fans, now that Sanguivore is in Early Access I cannot wait to see where the team take us through this adventure. Is it worth $12USD? I honestly would've paid $20 or more and that's in it's current state which to me was flawless so far. That's my review, now I'm off to break out of jail again and run away from good sir Noble, also I want a Noble plushie equipped with cane and trench coat please asap. Love Aussie

Awesome escape room game with a stalking vampire calling you a ♥♥♥♥♥... Can't wait for more maps and phases.
UPDATE: The game is now playable. But its glitchy both visually, and in menus. And the initial loop was not very engaging. See below for full details: -- I couldn't get passed the basic tutorial because after completing it (twice even) the next tutorial still wouldn't unlock and say I need to finish basics. I started a solo game anyway despite not finishing the tutorial and to the game's credit, it did say you'd have a bad time if you didn't complete the tutorial. :P Citing a "steep learning curve". While playing, the game was too dark. One can increase the gamma, but that washes out the color and while you can see better, its quite distracting. Furthermore, even raising the brightness didn't seem to make seeing the birds are any easier to spot (alerting the wildlife also alerts the monster hunting you). So really, unless you're just always crouched, have fun scaring birds away every few minutes. A few visual glitches occurred while playing. One of them being a resolution glitch where the game seemingly wanted to render at a higher resolution than I set it to and thus kept trying to minimize the screen to a window? I'm not sure how else to describe it. Input rebinds also wouldn't save. I'd swap F and E keys of their lean and interact functions respectively. But anytime I return to the menu to alter any settings (even ones unrelated to input keys), upon returning to play, the keys are reset to default. Last note, the flashlights keep turning off. Its one thing to have them temporarily turn off while performing an action, but then once the action is done, the light remains off, so we have to manually turn the flashlight on again. A small detail that adds up after every time you open a box, or vault a fence. As for some positives, I will say the artstyle is quite nice. Many of the playable characters have good designs and the werewolf looks quite impressive and has very smooth animations. The fact that there are many monsters and even more playable characters is great. Especially considering how each character has unlockable outfits. As is, I still cannot recommend this game. However, I still paid money for this entry and I want it to succeed. So, I'll return to it every now and again, especially after updates, to see how it goes. I do think there is a good game in here that still needs to be polished out.
Wonderful concept, and it is nothing short of amazing on what it was over a month ago until today. So many changes that I am excited on future updates. The development team actually listens and cares about the direction of the project. I recommend getting the game now! If you don't, you will regret it.
Devs trying to scam the players? You can't connect to the servers, just an infinite loading screen. Why is this still beeing sold?
Really good quality for a Very very early access game, LOTS of promise too. Very fun figuring out what to do with mates and working together. Would recommend!
See the pictures and vids at it's store page? Looks good? Cool, because the actual game looks nothing like that. Even with graphic settings maxed out it still looks like MS-DOS. Optimalisation is non-existent. It should be Free or cancelled, because the devs magically disappeared long ago. 03.05.2026 - a reply to the producer: This was a review of your game before you changed it's title and itself as a whole. So far I have been very impressed with the game and the multiple options for escape. The idea behind it is so good and it can be both difficult and easy at the same time.
Reminds me of the board game Dead of Winter and the film 30 Days of Night, really neat concept can't wait to see where it goes. Needs some performance updates, as well as the promised content. But worth a thumbs up!
Note: This review was written as of update 0.25.00 That being said, in the limited time I spent on this Sanguivore, I could tell they're trying to make this a passion project of escape horror. The stuff is all there to make something great, a lot of it just has to be fine-tuned or fixed (namely trying the navigate the in-game inventory/ menu. Not a hard criticism, the game is still early in development, and the creators seem to have plans for the future regarding Quality of Life fixes and adjustments. Early development "issues" aside, the horror aspect of this game definitely delivered in my eyes. The ambiance and sound design sounded eerie, like whatever's out to get you, can and will at any moment. The very first (and only, currently) scare that jumped at me got me good. All in all, the game has a few bumps to work out, but the direction the creators take this game could be very promising.
