Nice arcade type of game that gives you points for driving close towards other cars without damaging them. Graphics look pretty good and it runs well on my Legion Go2. The controls are easy and solid. The game could use more variety in music, there is only one soundtrack as far as I know. Also the continuous honking of other cars can get annoying.
Crashes after a few minutes consistently
Neon Rush Highway is an arcade racing experience that embraces speed, spectacle, and simplicity rather than realism. Developed by Berk Kalfa and published by Hittite Games, the title places players on endless highways illuminated by vibrant neon lights, creating a dreamlike atmosphere that immediately sets it apart from traditional traffic racing games. Its focus is straightforward: drive as fast as possible, weave through traffic, and chase higher scores while enjoying a visually striking journey through a futuristic world. The game's strongest feature is its presentation. Neon-lit roads, glowing environments, and surreal scenery combine to create an almost hypnotic racing experience. Instead of attempting to replicate real-world highways, Neon Rush Highway leans heavily into an artistic style that feels inspired by retro-futuristic aesthetics. The colorful visuals give every drive a unique sense of energy, transforming what could have been a standard endless driving game into something more visually memorable. The atmosphere is enhanced by the sensation of constant motion, encouraging players to remain focused while admiring the vibrant surroundings. At its core, the gameplay revolves around navigating dense traffic at high speeds. Players are rewarded for taking risks, especially when passing vehicles at close range and maintaining momentum for extended periods. The controls are designed to be accessible, making it easy for newcomers to jump in without a steep learning curve. This simplicity works in the game's favor, as it allows the focus to remain on reflexes and quick decision-making rather than complicated mechanics. Each run becomes a test of concentration as traffic patterns become increasingly challenging and mistakes can quickly end a promising score attempt. The endless nature of the experience gives the game a strong arcade identity. Rather than progressing through a lengthy campaign or story mode, players are encouraged to improve their performance with each session. The pursuit of better scores and longer survival times provides a sense of replayability, particularly for fans of high-score chasing games. While the gameplay loop is intentionally straightforward, it succeeds in delivering short bursts of entertainment that can be enjoyed casually or approached competitively. However, the simplicity that makes the game approachable can also limit its long-term appeal. Players looking for extensive customization, a wide variety of racing modes, or deeper progression systems may find the experience somewhat repetitive after extended play sessions. The emphasis remains firmly on the driving itself, with the visual style carrying much of the game's personality. As a result, enjoyment largely depends on how much a player appreciates arcade-style traffic racing and score-focused gameplay. Despite these limitations, Neon Rush Highway succeeds in delivering exactly what it promises. It offers fast-paced highway racing wrapped in a distinctive neon aesthetic that creates a memorable atmosphere. The combination of accessible controls, colorful environments, and endless arcade action makes it an enjoyable option for players seeking a relaxing yet engaging driving experience. While it may not reinvent the genre, it effectively uses its visual identity and straightforward gameplay to carve out its own niche among arcade racers. Rating: 5/10
