The game was great! I really enjoyed it, and the atmosphere, graphics, and gameplay were great, the plot (from what I got so far) is quite interesting, I really recommend it. Don't want to go too far into what I liked, hey! Check out my review on the game! https://deviewz.blogspot.com/2018/12/necro-immortallis-review-part-1.html
good game ,anyway im gonna go change my pants
This game kept me at the edge of my seat constantly knowing the fact that at any moment a silent but deadly entity, known as the False One, would show up and kill me. Reminded me a lot of the monster you find in certain parts of Outlast 2. This is one of the scariest games I've played by this developer, and I almost didn't even want to finish this game due to how scary it was.
Necro Immortallis is one of a couple of hundred asset-recycling first person horror/adventure/jumpscare simulators infesting the lower end of Steam, and this is a particularly bad one. You run around a huge map, populated with a million copies of the same bloody tree, looking for vague clues until you find some point of interest and maybe reach one of the "endings" which is usually a monster jumpscaring you to death or something. Does that sound like fun? Me neither. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The game features lazy low-polygon "retro" assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the mid 2000s, along with the muddy, speckly old ill-fitting textures on everything. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of their decisions, a compromise PC gamers shouldn't have to put up with. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. Necro Immortallis has the laughable price of around $5 USD, it's not worth it given the defects and shortcomings with the product, especially considering the sheer number of completely free, much higher quality games on Steam.
