The concept of the game is not new or surprising. For a small game, this is rather fun but I have a couple of moral issues with the game. Why is it created primarily using AI? Why is the character voiced using AI? Why are so many of the assets gen AI or used creating AI? Is the music made with AI? 7 ish dollars for this game is like trying to ask for a metal for completing a marathon when you only ran half of it. Congrats, you ran in a marathon but do you deserve the metal? Imo, this game is worth 2-3 dollars at most. If this was an indie game making their first game and this was their demo, I would be more supportive if their intention was to create actual assets than to use AI to make it for them. You can model assets using clip art. You can go to Casting Call Club to get a voice actor for dirt cheap or even free. Almost there. If the game has another update where it uses actual assets that they have made, an actual voice actor, and even look on Casting Call Club for people who can create music, I would do another review. This has fallen below my expectations. Do not buy for 7 dollars. At least wait for a sale.
It looks cute but is very poorly explained, The Physics in this game are terrible and honestly this looks like most of the Assets were Ai Generated especially the "mascot" The voice Lines in the Game also sound really Ai.
"Some game assets are AI-generated." feels more like all assets are AI generated. UI is impossible to navigate, translation to czech was very robotic. There is no goal ín the game, and it isn't polished enough to be just cozy and chill.
Nice little cozy incremental builder, with loads of options and endless possibilities!

Nano Flat Owner is a nice little cosy builder, definitly a game that scratchs my OCD and organgising skills, I enjoy playing this at the end of a long day to mellow out, the functionality and the controls are very simple, just Click-Drag-Drop from the items list, easy as that, it doesnt over complicate anything.
The idea behind this game is simple and good, but the game itself feels like a pretty random, loveless patchwork job. There is no really satisfying progression. You start with an abundance of money, buy and furnish a few apartments. The furnishing part is quite nice. From the get go, you have a vast amount of things to choose from, to the degree where finding a specific thing is challenging, but it's otherwise cute and nice to just fit a bunch of stuff into a tiny room (don't overthink it though). Then there are the numbers. The game claims you can earn (up to?) 17000 $ per hour, but in truth it's only like 17$. Even if the number that pops up over your flat says 17,456, it is still just 17$. So the numbers are not correct. Or maybe it's the information you're getting about what a flat can earn that is misleading. In general, the numbers seem so high that it feels like the devs just didn't wanna think too hard about what would make sense. When you run out of money, you can do a super random mini game, where you can harvest the leeks. Literally. You are switching to a leek garden, playing a clicker game until you earn money, unlock more flat types to buy and points to put into a skill tree that I couldn't even be bothered to try and understand, because it felt redundant. There is no legend for how to use the UI, for example how to turn things (it's middle mouse button) or how to switch between the three different modes (it's the arrow key, and you only know if you really pay attention to the narrator telling you). The narrator looks like an AI generated anime girl with pointy teeth and the voice acting also gives AI impression. The narrator tells you how it will teach you all the evil tricks to squeeze the most out of the poor people you rent out to, which feels very opposite to what kind of vibes the game supposedly wants to achieve. For five dollars, the game still provides enough fun to be worth that money, but only barely.
It looks cute but its not that great, overall the physics in this game are terrible and honestly this looks like most of the assets were Ai generated especially the voice lines in game, The idea behind this game is simple and nice, but the game itself feels like a pretty random. Overall the game needs serious work with physics and the ability to snap and line things up and i feel like it would've been better without the AI. Glad i got it for free and didn't waste my 5 bucks
