You wake up at a terminal you've never seen before. The language is alien. The interface is hostile. Every wrong click has consequences. Decode constructed languages, navigate unfamiliar operating systems, and survive the unknown in this puzzle-survival experience.
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. Copies below reflect the player base, not paid sales.

About
Every screen is a mystery. Every click is a risk.
MysteryOS drops you into completely alien operating systems. No tutorials, no hand-holding, no familiar interfaces. The menus are in languages that don't exist. The UI follows rules you've never encountered. And the wrong action can end everything.
Your job is to figure it out. Translate the untranslatable. Navigate the unnavigable. Survive.
Decode Real Constructed Languages: Each level features a fully built alien language with its own grammar, vocabulary, and writing system. Piece together meaning from context, slowly turning the incomprehensible into the understood.
Face Real Consequences: This isn't a sandbox. Dangerous actions have warning signs, but you'll need to learn to read them. Miss the cues, and it's game over. Every decision matters.
Discover How to Save: Nothing is given to you. Even saving your progress is part of the puzzle. Auto-checkpoints prevent frustration, but finding the real save system, that's on you.
Three Difficulty Modes: Explorer mode for those who want to soak in the atmosphere. Standard for a balanced challenge. Hardcore for those who believe consequences should be permanent.
Level 1: AXIOM/1 Included Free: Your first alien OS awaits. Additional levels available as DLC content packs, each with a completely new operating system, language, and set of challenges.

egregiously loud, clunky, and all the written text is almost certainly AI (but there is no AI usage declaration?). black screens hard lock the player out of the game, changing the game volume doesn't change the startup volume so you still get blasted in the ears, and god why does it make the same sound almost every time you click? i could hardly stick it out to see if the design was interesting because of the aural torture and effortless slop writing. (i'll post a screenshot of some clear AI written content in the comments or discussion board)
Has potential as a puzzle game, but currently feels more like a checklist of tasks to be completed. Also has a number of black screen bugs that made it frustrating to progress.

blaah. sorry no. It's like trying to use game or software where there's some asian language as default. Doesn't feel "alien", only foreign. I have a dream of making a game or more of a art project, that is really alien, and absolutely no human logic, like a fever dream, so I know that the developer is trying to do with this. But it's too logical and humanlike.
I run Steam in a Flatpak on Fedora. The linux version won't start, and the Windows version plays no sound and likes to blank-screen in both Proton Experimental and Proton Hotfix. It looks like poor deployment, which is difficult to be charitable towards in the current sociopolitical environment. (Looking at the files it ships, I think it's a Chromium app.)
Daha önce hiç görmediğiniz bir terminalde uyanıyorsunuz. Dil yabancı. Arayüz düşmanca. Her yanlış tıklamanın sonuçları var. Bu bulmaca-hayatta kalma deneyiminde, yapay dilleri çözün, alışılmadık işletim sistemlerinde gezinin ve bilinmeyende hayatta kalın.
Pros: * Has the familiarity of a modern OS while still being foreign enough to be interesting * Minesweeper as one of the "applications" was a fun touch * The emails and files drew me in and made me want to know more * Nice to look at visually Mixed: * Puzzles felt a little more like a checklist, but I do chalk this up to the first level being shorter as a taste of what is to come Cons: * Sound at the game splash-screen is a pretty loud. I typically keep my system volume around 50% and it was still loud to me Overall an enjoyable experience, I'm excited to play through it a few more times and see what else I can discover that isn't necessarily part of progression (several achievements that I haven't gotten yet). It's nice that the first level is free to give players a taste of the game. Can't wait to see more :)
A broken, loud, soulless piece of garbage. Not a puzzle game — just a checklist simulator with zero gameplay. Black screens soft-lock you, sound blasts your ears, settings don’t work, and the same click noise repeats endlessly. The writing is obvious AI slop with no effort or editing. Not “experimental” — just lazy, broken trash.
