My Time at Portia

good game

I was nervous the different animation style wouldn’t work for me, but this game is extremely cute and fun. Not sure I’ve seen a cozy post-apocalyptic game before! Things I liked: The progression feels natural. All the NPCs are unique and interesting. The world is a lot of fun to explore. The combat adds some additional goals without being too challenging. Plus the story is great! If you enjoy cozy building/crafting games, this one is a gem!

一测： 焦虑的时候玩这个游戏能让我平静下来，渐渐的我真的觉得自己是波西亚的一员，他们也都是有自己生活的有血有肉的人。我喜欢这部作品超过了星露谷。波西亚是在我疲惫时供我放松电脑的乌托邦，在这里有着很朴实的规则，只要努力工作就会有回报，只要真诚待人就会收获友谊。 这部作品体量很大，内容也很丰富，比起种田更倾向于工坊类游戏，支线和主线都非常丰富，剧情也非常饱满，人物塑造的相对别的我玩过的种田游戏都更加立体。属于国产之光了。 推荐购买，可以体验细水长流的小镇生活，也许一开始不熟悉这里，但随着时间的沉淀，会与这里的居民建立深厚的感情，一切都变得越来越亲切。

Very fun gameplay - the mining is the best part - but unfortunately the translation for the dialogue is abysmal. It makes it really hard to get invested in the characters when they sound, well, badly translated. I hate some of the characters, but that's actually a plus for me; a lot of games in this style try to make everyone likeable and that makes the world feel much flatter. Overall the gameplay is good enough to overcome the bad translations, so I can still recommend it.
