Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 8 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I saw MFL had a sequel, and that this game was in my library. Decided it was a good enough excuse to give this old game a second try. I played less than an hour the last time I played, and after completing a season, I can see why. This game is the definition of mid. It's not bad, but it's extremely bare bones for a football game. Love the fighting and carnage, but you can only go so far with that. It got to the point where I was focusing on killing the opposing team just to get the game over with quicker. No draft, no recruiting of any kind, you start a season with 3 free agent signings allowed and 1 added every week up until the trade deadline, though you also have to juggle finances and something happens if you go under, but so long as you get a good linebacker to maim the opponents with and a QB/WR combo to score on offense, you really don't need much else. If you miss Blitz the league 2, I guess this is an okay replacement, but in the big 26, there's no reason to come back to this if you own any football game made after Madden 03.
i cant play dynasty mode on either game. please help

You NEED a controller. Normally that is a suggestion, but here its a requirement. The prompts for keyboard controls are incorrect in the tutorial; I quit in the middle of it. There is no mouse control. Hopefully its a fun game, but if you prefer a mouse this has to be a pass.
I love playing strange sports games and i normally gravitate towards football games, and mutant football doesn't disappoint, gives me blood bowl vibes but more brutal and way more exciting to play!
I hate football SO much but I love this game. There was a Mutant Hockey game back in 1998, it would be nice to see a modern Mutant Hockey League.
i've tried to play a couple games and so far every single time i score a touchdown, on offense or defense, i get a penalty. the only time a penalty happens in the game is when i score a touchdown. its been like five times in a row now. i literally had two pick-sixes in a game and each one was called back for a penalty. the game seems it might have been enjoyable, the graphics are alright and the parody names are pretty funny, but losing every game 21-0 because the game won't let me score any touchdowns is very not fun.
Отлично.
came back to fix the multiplayer? I haven't tried it but I am happy they are doing that.
Loads of scripted unfairness takes the fun away. It's anti player and just trolling. You can't do anything to stop their specials hallf the time, and yours are just ineffective. Or their player decides to randomly become a God at a key point. Game isn't fun.
A great modernization of the old console game. Great gameplay, clever renaming of real players, and hilarious commentary in-game
