The game has (at least for me) high dificult, basically you allways are sorrounded by enemies mines and snipers which make it hard move on, so 1 false step you dead, but no problem there are checkpoints for repeat and repeat. The game it's simple with a lot of action but probably also with kind of strategy for kill the enemies, like explode a nade make a hole and be there like in a barricade. The ground is destructible. You have a spinning chainsaw thing on the front of your gun. Everything explodes and all of the baddies rain down in gory blood fountains full of bones and viscera.
