The perfect game for vegans
A great game that calms and distracts me
This is an exciting game about the fight against fast food, which instills a love for proper nutrition. Beautiful graphics that resemble the good old games. this game gives a lot of positive emotions and attracts a great story of characters!
Not even worth the $2 I paid for this. At lesst have full controller support. Thought it would take me back to my Amiga days but its just slow and uneventful.

Mr.Brocco & Co is a cheerful indie platformer that takes a familiar genre formula and gives it a playful twist through its unusual cast of heroes. Developed and published by VICTORIA Games, the adventure follows vegetable-themed protagonists who set out to defend their city from an invasion of unhealthy food. While the premise may sound whimsical, it provides the game with a memorable identity and helps it stand apart from countless other side-scrolling platformers available on Steam. The result is a colorful journey that embraces lighthearted humor, simple gameplay, and an unmistakably family-friendly tone. At its core, the game is built around traditional platforming mechanics. Players guide their chosen hero through a series of stages filled with hazards, enemies, and environmental challenges. The controls are easy to grasp, making the experience approachable for newcomers and younger players. Running, jumping, and overcoming obstacles form the foundation of the gameplay, creating a straightforward adventure that focuses on accessibility rather than complexity. This design philosophy works well for the game's intended audience, allowing players to jump into the action without a steep learning curve. One of the game's more distinctive qualities is its emphasis on healthy living. Instead of relying on conventional fantasy heroes or action stereotypes, Mr.Brocco & Co turns vegetables into champions and junk food into villains. This humorous conflict gives the story a unique charm while subtly promoting positive habits. The theme never feels overly serious, but it remains present throughout the adventure and contributes to the game's personality. It is refreshing to see an indie platformer use such a creative concept to shape its world and characters. The visual presentation reinforces the game's cheerful atmosphere. Bright colors, cartoon-inspired character designs, and vibrant environments create a welcoming setting that feels suitable for players of all ages. Although the graphics are relatively simple compared to larger productions, they effectively support the game's playful tone. The world feels energetic and inviting, and the quirky enemy designs fit naturally within the overall theme. The artistic direction may not be technically groundbreaking, but it succeeds in making the adventure visually appealing and easy to enjoy. Combat introduces additional variety alongside the platforming segments. Players encounter numerous enemies throughout their journey and eventually face larger boss encounters that serve as key milestones. These battles help prevent the experience from becoming repetitive by offering moments that require slightly different strategies and reactions. The inclusion of multiple playable heroes also adds a small layer of replayability, encouraging players to revisit the adventure and experience the game from another perspective. Despite its strengths, Mr.Brocco & Co does not attempt to push the platforming genre in a new direction. Many of its mechanics will feel familiar to anyone who has played classic side-scrolling games before. Veteran players may find that the challenge level and gameplay systems remain relatively simple throughout the campaign. However, the game's goal is clearly to provide an entertaining and accessible adventure rather than a deeply complex experience. Judged on those terms, it performs its role effectively and delivers a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Overall, Mr.Brocco & Co is a charming indie platformer that succeeds through its positive attitude, colorful presentation, and amusing concept. Its combination of traditional platforming, family-friendly storytelling, and humorous healthy-eating theme gives it a distinctive flavor that helps it stand out among smaller independent releases. While it lacks major innovations, it offers a fun and approachable adventure that can be enjoyed by casual players, younger audiences, and fans of classic platform games looking for a lighthearted experience.
