As a moth breeder and a gamer, I can't believe there's a game that fit my 2 interests 🥹 I really appreciate the game focused on more lesser known European species (although the lacks of Sphingidae hawkmoth is a bit of a shame cause Deathhead is so cool and they're migrants to Western Europe). I play this on steam deck with trackpad for mouse and bumper for clicks, it works well but the texts can be way too small/uncomfortable to read.

Very cute design with drawings of real moths with actual facts about them. There is also a bit of story but it is more background than important. I played the demo and my only problem about the final release was I was sad about how short it turned out to be. I do think it is good for the price considering this is an indie game and I did have a lot of fun playing it.

Very cute game, you get to find and identify various Moths! As well as decorate different areas to attract new ones. Highly recommended if you need something cozy for ~2 hours!

Delightful game. Challenge is low and I'd say this is truly a quick little novella of a cozy game. Art style is relaxing and has the feel of walking through a children's book. The underlying story is subtle and bittersweet. Just enough to lend depth to the game without trying to bog down a short, fun, little side quest. I look forward to, perhaps, having our MC take Galina's passion to far off countries where we can collect even more exotic moths that may be more challenging to catch! I was eager to play the finished game since playing the demo just a short time ago and I was not disappointed.

Ein super schönes kleines Spiel über das Dokumentieren von Motten. Eeeeeendlich! Schon so lange suche ich nach einem Spiel, welches sich explizit mit Motten beschäftigt und hier ist es. Von den Grafiken der einzelnen Motten bis hin zu den Dekorationsobjekten und den wundervollen Beschreibungstexten, mit dem Spiel hatte ich eine richtig schöne Zeit. Danke für Mothkeep! Und ich konnte außerdem die Motte identifizieren, die mir den Basilikum auf dem Balkon leergefuttert hat. Ich hoffe es hat geschmeckt liebe Gammaeule :D

If you like moths, you like the scientific/biological discovery aspect of nature, and you want a quick cozy fix this is a nice game. It is VERY short if you're quick with it, I was able to 100% the game in 1 hour but then went back to read through everything I had found. There was obviously a lot of love put into this game, I'd love to see extensions if possible maybe even with other aspects of nature or different seasons.

i’m autistic and one of my special interests is moths (in case you couldn’t tell by my profile), so you can imagine how excited i was for this to be released. i was not at all disappointed! this was such a fun and cute little game, and i really enjoyed the sweet story intertwined. i loved learning even more about moths, and my favorite new moth i learned about was definitely the one that releases cyanide when it feels threatened (six-spot burnet). that’s cool as hell. and, in case anyone is wondering about steam deck compatibility—i played this on steam deck and it played perfectly with no issues!

Cozy, calming and nature loving game <3. If you enjoy games like Bug & Seek, you will definitely like this one.
