It is a diner dash that gets progressively harder as you unlock more complex but exotic recipes. It can be played alone, with two players in a level selector mode, or with up to four players in survival mode. Hunt, cook, serve, rinse and repeat. [hr][h3][b][u]Gameplay[/u][/b][/h3][/hr] Starting with a van, your only task is to fill the quota of every level in time, with up to three stars obtainable. The order goes as follows: You take the order from the customer, hunt the animal requested, prepare it for consumption, and serve it within the time allowed. You are armed with a simple yet effective kitchen tool that serves as a weapon. You can dash to cover distances faster, and if required to hunt flying critters, you can throw your weapon. On each side of the area, the rodents like to hide in barrels and mounds, which you can simply tamper with to make them run away in either direction. Squashing them with your tool before they can get away, you’ll bring the desired meal inside the van. Customer requests may vary in larger steps: They may only want it cut and served raw or cooked. To serve a meal if cooked, you must grab a plate first. Bringing the meal in time will grant you money, which counts towards the score of the level. Failing to prepare in time will make the customer angry to the point they will eat you (don’t worry, they will find you disgusting). If not paying attention, your meals might even burn! Further levels will increase difficulty as your clients will request big meals that take some time to prepare. Meals that involve vultures have their own microwave that won't take up space, but hunting them down is tricky, as you must throw your weapon and then retrieve it. [hr][h3][b][u]Audio & Graphics[/u][/b][/h3][/hr] The music pairs well with the cooking experience, and also when preparing the meals, you can listen to how your chef cuts and cooks everything, which is just delightful. The graphics remind me of retro pixel cartoonish games, and the cinematics are also drawn like it. Performance was okay without frame drops. [hr][h3][b][u]Pros & Cons[/u][/b][/h3][/hr] [b]Pros-[/b] • Cozy diner dash that is simple to play. • Right amount of time in content. • Cool graphics and music. Que jogo gostosinho de jogar! A unica coisa ruim é que acaba logo, mas considerando o preço até que durou, haha! Mais fácil que overcooked, mas exige boa visão, as vezes a camera fica distante, então fica esperto para pegar o rato e não a barata ao preparar seu prato. Servir monstros é sempre muito divertido e aqui não foi diferente. Felizmente, não encontrei bugs na gameplay. Infelizmente, encontrei travamentos no começo de algumas fases, forçando fechar e reabrir o jogo. Valeu cada centavo, eu paguei R$8 na promoção, mas se soubesse como era divertido não hesitaria em ter pago os R$20. Ps: platina fácil.

Monster Meals é um jogo de culinária indie brasileiro divertido e frenético onde você sai pelas ruas caçando ingredientes peculiares como ratos, baratas, pombos e até escorpiões para preparar pratos e saciar monstros famintos antes que eles decidam te colocar no cardápio. Com um pixel art vibrante e cheio de personalidade, fases variadas e um modo cooperativo que rende boas risadas, o jogo tem um ritmo acelerado que prende a atenção. Há também opções de personalização, como chapéus, armas estilizadas e modelos diferentes para o food truck, que adicionam um toque extra de estilo. Jogar em cooperativo deixa a gameplay ainda mais divertida. Um ponto negativo o jogo é bem curto e fácil de platinar.

Joguinho divertido que eu e minha namorada jogamos e zeramos em duas sessões, me diverti muito já sendo fã de jogos de culinária inclusive de Overcooked 1 e 2. foi uma supresa agradável, estarei no aguardo de futuras DLCS e e updates!

This game is very charming both in its design and gameplay. It kinda reminds me of Overcooked but in 2D and you play as cute adorable monsters with many cosmetics to buy and customize! Even the levels are a bit challenging as you progress but completing it is so satisfying. If they do make more levels along with more DLCs in the future, this game will definitely be enjoyable for many newcomers who wants to give this game a try!

Jogo muito bom! Vibe muito parecida com overcooked e é bem leve para jogar. Recomendo d+ para quem ta precisando de um jogo pra ficar jogando depois de chegar do trabalho ou só para passar o tempo

Jogo muito massa pra jogar e passar raiva com o amigo incompetente. É basicamente um overcooked 2D e funciona muito bem! Tive o prazer de conhecer o jogo pela Retrocon, e em questão de gameplay foi um dos melhores do evento.

Gente um ótimo joguinho e super fácil de jogar! Demora apenas algumas horinhas para finalizar, e super recomendo mesmo. Dá para jogar até duas pessoas e é bem divertido
