You play as Minkle, a magical mask merchant and help him arrive safely at his destination. His creations don't much like the road, so mayhem almost always ensues.
Enjoy five levels of increasing difficulty, and up to seven unique masks with varying abilities, survive until the timer runs out, and maintain the wagon's health bar as best you can!

This quant little game shows good promise, the art style is charming, the music isn't bad, and the instructions are pretty straight forward, and the fact this a student project and a submission for a game jam is really cool and the game isn't bad, however it definitely has places it could use some improving. Firstly the sound, while the music isn't bad, by the second or third level in it definitely does become repetitive, same with minkle himself, he has like 3 sounds he makes and i don't know if it's just me but he'll make a noise every 20 - 30 seconds, which wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't just the same sound bite over and over again, overall what i would like is the ability to turn down the sound, i feel like if it was quieter it wouldn't have been much of a notice Secondly the gameplay, it's simple which is fine, but it's too simple, there are 7 masks, and you only need to interact with two maybe three, the only real obstacle is the switching mask, but even then, it never switches the one in your hand and they glow purple so it doesn't really become a issue of which masks are changing, after playing every level i never touched any other mask besides from the water and munch mask (i don't remember the name of it), the others were redundant and never actually caused any issues, the fire mask is the only objective and all it is, is put out his fire, the wind and water mask both do the same thing, except the wind mask is supposed to push you which is why there's a anvil mask, but i never actually experienced that issue, i just did the level like there wasn't even a issue And while i'm not gonna fuss over this one i believe it's best to be bought up, but the munch mask's problem is it'll get hungry and you need to click on em to stop them from biting chains or whatever, when it said i could click with both m1 and m2 i jokingly spammed em both at the same time to hear the voice line repeat over itself, which i thought was funny, but when i did it he stopped getting hungry for the rest of the game, and just became another mask that sits in the background, i believe this to be a bug, so it wasn't an issue but i thought it's best to bring up here Lastly the biggest problem i have with the game, you cant pause the game and go back to the menu, if i accidently chose the wrong level i had either complete it to go back to main menu so i could choose it, or alt f4, which is annoying. so overall, for a student project and a game jam, it wasn't bad, and i hope to see PMG make more games in the future, who knows you guys might take off and produce bangers, and honestly i can see it happening, just y'know, look out for the little things and don't get repetitive.
