Note: Dead PvP game This game contains no meaningful single player content. There's no viably populated servers/active player population. The mobile app developers will remove the back end servers in about 2 months. This game cannot be played as intended.

Warning: Microtransaction infested mobile app! This game is infested with a toxic mobile app style cash shop. You will be prompted to and expected to give money to the developers through this cash shop to buy in-game goods so you can play the game.
"Minion Raid: Epic Monsters" is one of thousands of nasty mobile apps infesting the "free" section of Steam, but it's not really free. This is a godawful P2W cash grab, a fantasy RPG-like battler where the winner of each fight is determined by who spends the most money in the toxic mobile app cash shop. The developers are pulling the plug in around 2 months, and good riddance. There's only a superficial game here. The game visuals and the game itself are incredibly shallow... think of them as the too-bright, colourful, thin plastic cabinet dress theme on a poker machine at the casino. That's basically what this is. So really, the mobile app "game" is just a veneer, a thin skin wrapped around a nasty, predatory mobile app cash shop. Putting that toxic mobile app monetisation aside... this is a mobile app. I didn't spend thousands on a gaming PC so I could pretend it's an iPhone, and I don't think you did either... this kind of mobile app has no place in your Steam library. As with all mobile scams, you're forced to sign a highly questionable yet legally unenforceable End User License Agreement... for such a relatively low effort, low quality mobile app, this is specifically designed to invalidate your consumer rights and destroy your right to privacy. This agreement includes questionable requirements that may attempt to revoke consumer law protections that gamers expect to have, which is also highly problematic. Developers must learn they are here to serve gamers, not control them. I had my cat walk over the keyboard while the EULA was displaying, which fixed that problem for me. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. It's important to note that, despite this being such a low quality product, there's a number of positive reviews that all appeared immediately after the game launched, from suspiciously inactive Steam accounts that have reviewed almost no other games apart from this. Take the review score of this game with a grain of salt. All other issues aside (any of which would disqualify this from being worth your time), this is a game that relies on other players for it to be viable, and because there's not enough players, it's not viable. I can't recommend anyone downloads this, it's basically dead.

Recomendo. Minha gameplay...
Only an endless repetitive and boring grind, don't look for fun or any slightly interesting game loop. To add insult to injury, they make you pay for any form of quality of life that should be the base line. For instance: There is a classic wheel to spin (off course you gain 1 free every 2h so you have to login as often to not lose it) to get free stuff. The animation is 5 sec long and not skippable but don't you worry; you can pay premium currency to skip the animation. Classic cash grab.

Super
Too much grinding. You have to reset all progress each time you get stuck and that just adds more grinding. It's your typical gatcha game manipulating you into feeling like either playing or quitting. I chose quitting.
Edit: Gave the game a second chance even though I had to begin from scratch... It's worth it, this game rocks :) I love this game, well loved. Played the game almost 24/7 for 5 days. Managed to reach campaign 115, and max out all buildings in that time, Just to find out that my progress was lost when I got back home. Was playing at my mothers place before this. I refuse to begin from scratch again, so I guess this is it :( A few things the devs should consider about the game: 1) Make Steam save the progress so the issue I just had won't happen to anyone else switching devices. 2) Some units are completely useless. Especially the ranged units that fires extremely slow AoE projectiles. The battle is over before they have a chance to do anything. Those projectiles need their projectile speed increased by 100-300% and maybe fire more frequently too. 3) Lvling up the guild requires building a ton of buildings, but there's a cap of how many buildings the players in the guild could make so its not possible to lvl up the guild after a certain point. The guild I joined was stuck at lvl 7 where the next lvl required building 6000 building upgrades. And most players in the guild was already capped.... Increase the building cap might fix the issue. The gold building could easily take another 200 building upgrades. 4) Less pop-ups. Make it possible to deactivate all popups. Especially the ones that popup after losing a battle. If somehow the devs can sync my account back, then I will switch this review to a positive one, but I recommend that the devs fix the other stuff mentioned above too because there's definitely issues with this game. I do love Autobattlers though, and this game is sort of an MMO/Autobattler, very interesting combination, exactly what I was looking for. So again, it's a shame it has to end like this :( Unless the devs can fix my progress somehow...
