Midnight Margo

I enjoyed this game very much! I only wish it's puzzles were easily approachable. I have played The Samaritan Paradox, Whispers Of a Machine and this and I found myself consulting a walkthrough each time to figure out a riddle or particularly difficult part when I was not in the mental state to think about a puzzle for hours upon hours. I love all of these games regardless of that and I am really excited to see what these guys and gals have to offer next. Please buy and play this game and be patient with it and consult the walkthrough a diligent individual took real life time to make for you to finish the game without splitting too many hairs about how to deal with the many puzzles sprinkled within to make you feel frustrated when you're so invested in the story. I would give this game a 8/10. I can't wait to see what comes next!

A very promising game! The story is captivating and relevant, especially when the main character is literally me. I hope the French version will be available soon, as well as the correction of a few bugs (the kettle that gets stuck if you turn it on before leaving; our friend Kim who doesn't have a mission for us). It would be interesting to add more "leave" options in dialogues to be able to change outfits before making a choice, rather than being unprepared and having to choose an answer out of spite.

This was a nice discover. I liked the "mock-rpg" approach to puzzles and also the deep theme of the game. A breath of fresh air, you could say, different but with the same aura of good adventures. For the price, is an hidden gem, and i hope to play many more games like this.

A very nice little game. I especially enjoyed how it tackles serious topics but still keeps a light-hearted tone with it. The dialog is short and to the point and there are quite a few memorable character. I also enjoyed the strange art-style... it's very unique. Voice-acting also is pretty good. The puzzles are a bit of a mixed bag, but pretty decent, the RPG mechanics are interesting but a bit clunky and don't really add much depth to the gameplay. Still it's fun to collect items. So while this is not the most-polished high production value adventure... for $1 this is really a steal!!

Midnight Margo es un buen juego. Sin duda me hizo acordar a una mecánica del Disco Elysium donde la ropa afectaba a las habilidades y con eso podíamos tener mejores chances en el roll de dados. Este juego mezcla eso con un poco de aventura gráfica tradicional de inventario. Hubo varios momentos donde no me quedaba claro que hacer a continuación. El manejo de los accesorios para ser una mecánica tan central me pareció bastante incómodo. Puntaje: 7/10
