Favorite game of all time, mainly play it on Xbox but have it here too, it's great minus the hacked Orcs

Rating: 8/10 This is basically the 1st game, but with re-tweaked features, QOL fixes, and much better DLC. The violence in this one is a lot more fun as well... like some of your companion orcs will dismember other orcs in ways you didn't think they would. They also tried changing up the formula with the DLC. Like Elatriel has a pretty neat special. Baranor is even more interesting because you're a human, with a healing system and different abilities to get around the map. It's also more of like a roguelite kind of deal with a single, concentrated map. Definitely appreciate the different take on the game's mechanics this way, and I almost wish they had a game like that that could procedurally generate the land, so it'd be a unique experience each time. Appreciate that the achievements aren't overly difficult... yes, there are definitely a few that are a little tiring, but you can get them all in 1 game + each of the DLC (maybe multiple runs of the Baranor DLC but those are quick). Just like the 1st game, it can get a little repetitive, but I think this one kept things fresher for a little longer. Overall, an improvement from the 1st game, definitely recommend.
- An amazing game where slicing up orcs and bringing light into the darkness is pure pleasure. - The plot is interesting, well-written, and quite unexpected in places. It was a pleasant experience. - The main character is likable and relatable. You can dress him up in a variety of different outfits. - The combat system is quite diverse, with many options for executions, finishing moves, and combat tricks. - The Nemesis system brings the game to life, creating unique orcs that remember, betray, hunt, take revenge, and save. - You create your own army, capture and defend fortresses with your loyal commanders, whom you choose yourself and have the ability to upgrade them. - The landscapes are pleasing to the eye, the locations are varied. - A variety of side quests with their own characters - A branching system for leveling up the main character, levels, and various options for each skill. I'm satisfied with the ending. Rest in peace, Michael David Forgey. Forthog forever. Thanks for the adventure, Monolith Productions!
This game is incredibly good. I beat it on Steam and bought it on PSN to play it again, haha. I recommend it without hesitation.
