Game starts on a small window a quarter of my monitor 2560x1060, when pressing alt+enter for fullscreen everything becomes super stretched out. Game sound track sounds quite, definitely the only good thing high value here. When starting the game, the damn thing gives the game credits plus a LOT, and I mean a LOT of exposition about the game world, ONLY after 16 min are you able to move. Story sounds super cheesy and amateur, and voice acting is incredible low quality and cheesy as well. There's literally a million better rpg maker games out there
is an excellent game, however, there could be support for the 64-bit versions, and also be able to run it in full screen, in addition, should provide more information in the newspaper quests on the quests so as not to leave the player half lost, moreover, on some maps, there is a giant drop in FPS, something that should be corrected as soon as possible.

Too much dialogue. Exhausting.
I just want to start off by saying
I am yet to properly play through this game but after my small playtime with it, it's an addmittedly flawed but really charming piece of rpg maker history I spoke with the developer after they helped me with a problem I was having with my own project and the game is a serious labour of love "Probably easy to tell but I'm not a 'professional' game developer. I made a game in a similar manner to someone who enjoys model kits or collects stamps, just a long term hobby that I've mathed out I won't make money from, but investing a little is fine." in summary: it's an old, flawed but incredibly charming in it's own way rpg maker project and for that alone I recommend it, I love what I've seen so far (I will edit this review to reflect my experience with the full game when and if I should ever complete it)
Another awful RPG Maker game on steam. The graphics aren't cohesive and the game has this very cheap look, and i'm talking about the custom graphics made for this game. The game is also very slow to the point that it's very annoying, and it really likes to add cutscenes everywhere. Too bad the cutscenes are also very slow, badly animated and with really awkward writing. Speaking of that, the game boasts about having voice acting but this doesn't add anything to the experience, I would even dare to say that it makes the game WORSE because some of those lines sound really bad. Avoid this piece of trash, there are better free RPG Maker games out there.
I enjoyed what I played so far. For some reason the full-screen did not work on my computer. This issue aside, this game offers some well-executed voiced dialogue, an engaging story, and some amazing custom art & graphics.
RPG Maker strikes again! META REVELATIONS - RING SPIRITS is one of hundreds of low effort retro-pixel RPG Maker asset/construction kit flips spamming the Steam catalog, made with the RPG Maker video game construction kit... in their own words, "Our easy to use tools are simple enough for a child." Like all RPG Maker "games", this is essentially a bunch of low quality/canned assets from RPG Maker coupled with a cringeworthy high school anime club fan fiction. As with all RPG Maker games, the poor quality engine displays badly in fullscreen and doesn't have full HD support or any graphics tweaking options, making this unacceptable for any dedicated modern PC gamer. The point can be made that the intention of RPG Maker is to make demos and small games to pass around friends, and shouldn't be used for "professional" game development. Like most RPG Maker shovelware and asset flips, the game features extremely low quality copy + pasted 2D retro pixel art, looks awful, and has even worse gameplay. RPG Maker is an absolutely terrible construction kit, and never results in games of any reasonable quality or value to gamers. This RPG Maker asset flip has a truly garbage anime fanfiction about the bible, kind of, as well as some of the absolute worst high school art class dropout drawings to go along with it. A great example of why gamers universally revile RPG Maker and the garbage made with it. So, should you download this game? Is this one of the best of the 100,000+ products on Steam? The game is completely free. This is noble a gesture that shows dedication to both gamers, and the gaming industry. Nothing speaks more to a developers belief in themselves and their product than making their game available for everyone without remuneration. It's a shame in this case that the implementation is below the minimum standards a dedicated PC game should offer to enthusiasts. The quality here is simply too low for me to recommend, even for free. Gamers who want a good retro JRPG experience would be better off playing the originals, like Final Fantasy, Star Ocean or Chrono Trigger.
