Huge improvements from early access, the game still needs work but they definitely earned a legit 1.0 feeling game. Pretty much everything is smoother and feels more natural, from the racing to the tricks. Trying to ace a race like Enduro is super addictive, I played it probably 30 times in a row and it felt really good to nail the whole thing without a mistake. The direction of improvements seems pretty perfect to me, the game is already pretty legit but they could get the trick system way more dialed in with a few more updates. The racing is really good, the sense of speed and bike control is what I always wished Riders Republic had offered for the bikes. Long, well designed tracks are rewarding to learn, and the improved responsiveness of the riding has eliminated most of the more egregious bugs from early access (you'll still have a annoying crash here and there though). Excited to see the game continue to improve, the gameplay, the graphics and the map. It's already a really good looking game but a few more passes of the detailing could really make the environment pop, right now its mostly good but there are areas with more bare looking textures and geometry that could be improved, especially where features and the ground intersect. Also, better steam deck compat would be nice, this game would be perfect for it.
