Lost a very loyal customer No auto booster return and long ads. I am buying the booster and when u lose it due to technical issue and have to reappeared follow up. That’s not the ideal experience. You will lose every single game you play Your game is not fun to play anymore I am sick and tired of losing every single match and don’t tell me it’s the way you game generates the players that are have higher cards that they have. that is not how a game should be played you should be able to match with someone who has the same type of card you have. I also don’t like the fact that they know every single extra move and they score over 100 points in the first round and don’t even give me chances to win that is not the type of game i want to play anymore. All the update you make me do for this game is making the game so unplayable I do not like losing any games you have bullying players talking advantage of the game and winning every single game and you guys do nothing about it get your game fixed if it is not fixed I will never play again I also cannot get in touch with your customer support because you have robot running that as well If I don’t get a human response I will be deleting your game off my device.

Best matching game everrrrr I have been playing for years since the start I believe and for reasons beyond my control I’ve had to restart from scratch atleast 3 times and do it without hesitation every time I love that they have a ton of singles games now and new stuff all the time

Make it satisfying to play! The game is perfect in that it draws people in, but I have not spent a dollar anymore in months and will not spend any more money because you guys don’t make it worth it, for example I get a free caterpillar and I start a game and because of luck all my pieces fall perfectly and I keep getting extra moves. My opponent spends money on a billy boom and for some case, he gets not lucky none of the pieces match despite the perks and loses the game and leaves with sour experience hence therefore, I KNOW you guys CAN make this game at least rewarding! Reward the player, make every match intense, I would rather pay $10 on SE boosters and play against the caterpillar and we both have a super intense game even if I lose I’m satisfied because I got an intense game, where I feel psychologically that my investment was worth it! That’s all people want!
