Immediately you can tell how much work went into the movement. Being able to blast around with the gun to get high enemies or make quick escapes is so fun and is the kind of thing I always wanted in Devil Daggers. Big recommend if you want to FEEL like Spider Man.
It's essentially a horde mode type of game where ya have to outlast as many creatures as you can. High scores are revealed after ur eventual death. Not a bad game. The gunplay is smooth and I enjoy the retro aesthetic. Can't go wrong for 3 bucks. Gameplay impressions: https://youtu.be/KDH1uFG6568
Manus Dei is a retro style FPS that plays similar to Devil Daggers, only instead of it being based on how long you can stay alive, this one's about getting the highest possible score from killing all sorts of demons with a weapon that might as well be called the "Manus Doomslayer", with a secondary fire mode that turns the firing rate from that of a pump action shotgun into a full auto. Being able to change the resolution in-game and uncapping the frame rate from 60 would be nice to see in a future update, but regardless, this game both has great potential for a cheap price and is very well optimised, running on Unreal Engine 5 yet plays smoothly on maxed settings, even when I upscaled the resolution to 4k with DSR.
hell yeah
Fun, small game. It has an engaging core loop for the price of a coffee, definitely worth a buy. Not something I could play for a dozen hours straight, but something I could play for an hour straight a dozen times.
Definitely one of those games where losing makes you want to get better, in hopes of seeing what else it can throw at you. For the price it's a steal if you're into this sort of endless arena shooter! I'm not quite sure I am, but I'm having fun with it anyway.
It's a fun concept and I love the art style but the game itself is very very very very very repetitive.

No puedo recoemndarlo porque es solo disparar sin ninguna otra mecanica como recargar. Mas divertido es darle cabezazos a la pared
Comparison kills joy but the game is obviously based on Devil Daggers, so if you liked DD, this one is worth a try. Fun short game. Hopefully the dev keeps pushing it a bit since after killing certain enemy, the FPS start to drop until you either die or the game fully crashes, which has been a known issue for a while now. Add an optional timer, gem counter, some cool aftergame stats, an achievement and you got yourself a crazy v2.0 I'd love to get many friends to play. 100% worth the money.
