As someone who loves real estate, this game is a dream come true. It’s incredibly satisfying to take an old, run-down mansion and turn it into something beautiful. The variety of furniture and decorations lets you get really creative with each flip.

I agree that the positive reviews on this game must have been paid for. This is a crappy mobile game. [*] The game is completely on-rails. You can only renovate one room at a time before you can move on to another. The game determines whether that room is a bathroom, bedroom, etc - you don't to choose - which sucks because the house layouts are bizarre (in the first house you have to walk through an open-plan bedroom to get to the living room). You then get to pick from a small list of walls/floors and then place down pre-determined furniture in pre-determined locations (you get to pick the colour) [*] The colours are really bright and garish with neon greens and pinks all over the place, so it's hard to find combos that actually look good together. You can't change the colours once you've picked either. [*] 90% of the game is bringing garbage out of the house then bringing boxes back in. It feels immediately repetitive. If you removed this part of the game it would take 5 minutes to renovate each house.

This game is all about that renovation hustle! It’s so much fun to find cheap properties, fix them up, and see how much profit you can make. The best part? Decorating each mansion to fit your style. The dream mansion feature is such a great goal to work towards.
