Macht sehr Spaß zu spielen.
i enjoyed this game it was giving off that whole resident evil meets Silent Hill vibes most definitely would recommend to friends.
For a free game, I wasn't expecting so much content. Really cool concept and gameplay. Even though it had lots of chances to be a super repetitive game, it somehow wasn't. Without spoiling, there's never any abuse of any mechanic and it's perfect. The only part I did not like was the
warehouse
. It did not feel too natural to be honest and it felt too similar in places. It felt underwhelmingly overwhelming. And evey ennemy that was teased though "journals" weren't actually depicted correctly. As an example I'd say it looked like this : "This ennemy is very dangerous when he hears 50 Cent, ..." And in fact he's not. It's too easy to escape the whole ennemies or kill them overall too. (Except the bosses of course) But those really were forgettable problems. And, as a personal opinion that does not really reflect any truly universal thing, I don't like the whole "This types of textures and things are premium quality but those are just OG roblos era texture like" I'm thinking, for example, of the contrast between the main character
(s)
model and the floors. When the rain reflection are top notch, we're just a smooth texture of skin and clothes. No detail of any sort. This type of thing is seen rarily to be honest and I guess most of the others occurences are for optimization purposes but it still feels weird when playing.

# A heartfelt thank you to the developer I just want to say... thank you. The fact that this game is **free** honestly surprised me, because after finishing it, I can genuinely say **I would have happily paid for it**. The characters and especially the story kept me guessing from beginning to end. I was constantly asking myself: **What is real? What isn't?** The plot had me questioning everything, and then... **boom**. That twist completely caught me off guard. The puzzles were enjoyable, and I absolutely loved the transition between the first-person perspective and the classic fixed camera with tank controls. As someone who loves old-school survival horror, this felt amazing and showed how much love and passion went into the development. I'm not someone who judges games by their graphics. Atmosphere, storytelling, creativity, and passion are far more important to me. **Lumina Veil** proves that you don't need a huge budget to create something truly memorable. With limited resources, you created an experience that left a real impression on me. To the developer: you should be proud of what you've accomplished. If you're planning a sequel, I would absolutely love to see one. Please continue the story! If I could make one small wish, I'd love to see even more fixed-camera sections, but most importantly, please keep creating games like this. This was a fantastic survival horror / psychological horror experience, and I sincerely hope this isn't the last game you make. Thank you, and please keep up the amazing work!
I've not finished the game (and probably won't due to lack of attentiveness), but it's definitely good, i really like the concept and the way the story unfolds.
Absolute cinema 🙌
