Lucky Dog 1

Very excited to finally play Lucky Dog 1 fully translated! I remember eagerly scrolling through the Fan-translated blog-guide way back when, so seeing that same blog contributing to an official English release is impressive. Thank you, the guide you've pinned here on steam is still helpful <3 Be prepared for choices with consequences, some leading to darker corners than others as we dive into the Mafia world with CR-5. Which method will you use to escape prison, Will the Lucky Dog succeed? Might we see an English release of Bad egg someday? I suppose time will tell, but for now it is nice to see more people discover the world of Giancarlo and CR-5.

PEAK YAOI Mafiosos gays/bisexuales, qué más podemos pedir. La historia sigue a Giancarlo, el Perro Suertudo, el "Lucky Dog" por tener una suerte tremenda en la mayoría de los aspectos de su vida. Uno de sus hobbies favoritos es escapar de cárceles, y es muy bueno en ello, por eso le encomiendan una tarea milagrosa: sacar a los 4 capitanes de la mafia "CR:5" (quienes fueron encarcelados juntos) y a él mismo como orden del Jefe, pero hay más en juego. Si Gian logra este cometido, se convertirá en el nuevo capo principal del CR:5. Así, el juego empieza. Hay 4 rutas, mi orden favorito es el siguiente: Bernardo Giulio Lucchino Ivan Es una VN LARGA. Apenas terminé la ruta de Giulio de nuevo y me tomó 19 horitas, si se planean hacer todas (como yo), ya pueden ir calculando más o menos cuánto tardarían. El juego tiene descripciones fuertes de violaciones (que se ven en muchos finales malos del prota), torturas y muertes, así que no lo recomiendo para personas sensibles. Para evitar finales malos, les recomiendo el blog de terracannon876 con las guías de todas las rutas. Este juego lo jugué antes de que saliera en inglés, gracias a la traducción de DI GAMES al español. Esta chica también traduce la nueva versión de este juego (Lucky Dog 1 + Bad Egg), así que les recomiendo seguirla porque sube más VN's yaoi además de Lucky Dog. Esperemos, de todos modos, salga la versión en inglés de Bad Egg más pronto que tarde, porque se ve muy, muy bueno.

First, I have played much longer than my account shows, SteamDeck records don't show properly most times, especially when playing offline. With that out of the way, I cannot recommend this game enough. I'm still on Ivan's route, my first route, and I have probably played around 15 hours or so. It's a long game, but it does not feel long at all. The jailbreak part is so addictive and thrilling. Gian is an amazing MC, he oozes character, attitude and depth. The LIs are all distinct and complex, with top notch seiyuus at their best. So far I can only speak in depth of Ivan and he is a hoot, and his chemistry with Ivan is off the charts. No idea how the other routes will turn out but, despite the early dub-con, there's tenderness and care there. This visual novel is so good I found myself thinking I didn't even care if there wasn't romance, but, whenever there was, I was super invested in it. The localization is amazing, I don't think I have ever seen such a good one, era-appropriate, perfectly suited to the game. A lot of care went into that. It's a very enjoyable experience. I'm laughing at many parts, I'm biting my nails at others... No wonder this one is a classic. Don't hesitate, totally worth the price.

I liked how the price matched the gameplay and the multiple love interests. Would recommend this game and Dramatical Murder for likeness. Overall do whatever suits you, before purchasing I do advise you watch videos of gameplay if there is any, to ensure it's to your liking. Take Care Everyone. So in love with this game, both the mc and all of the love interests are extremely likeable and fun. The voice acting and translation is also top tier. Defenitely reccomend!!

Very stylish and great voice acting! The characters are all really interesting and I especially grew to like Bernardo. Lots of action although beware if you are sensitive to flashing lights and or extremely dark themes/violence! In my opinion you can't really go wrong with a prison/mafia story. The beginning is great, It generally lags in the middle parts and some of the relationships feel rushed or sudden, but overall I really enjoyed the variety of the differing routes. The spicy scenes are good and spicy and this is where the main character's voice actor really shines lol He's seriously amazing! I feel these scenes are spaced fairly well and usually fit into the story quite well. It's an oldie but a really good goodie with some quarks and issues and it's got a lot of content. I love it a lot and would recommend it very much if you enjoy this genre.
