ITS CRASHES AND HAS NO MAP
No map? You get lost easily in this world, no guidance at all. It's frustrating and also quite buggy. Very nice graphic, but way too hard.

⭐⭐ The content of this game is so hot that it made my cpu hit 90º C (with v-sync on).
This Alpha has potential to be an excellent game to play, what is presented has great imaging and renders, the character creation is good. Lots of space to roam and places to go. Good audio and sound. Good game mechanics. Still have much to do and see and looking forward to the updates.
Interesting concept with nothing to do in it. So I've created my first girl, as per quest. the quest does not complete, and I'm stuck running around a pretty huge open world. Do not recommend, the game is boring as ♥♥♥♥
The camera was terrible
its a good proof of concept but not really a demo. its buggy from the start. and i mean from the start. currently not even worth to try as a demo. i do think the developer will get there with enough time and effort no doubt about that. but this demo... i would just remove the demo and release a demo when its ready. if people are really impatient and want to play this in the state that this currently is they can support the developer on their patreon and subscibestar and get access there. Not hating on the game fyi! just this build is not demo ready.

If you’re curious about bold, open-world RPG experiments that push into unconventional territory, Living Dolls Rebirth Alpha is one of the more unique indie titles you’ll find on Steam. It blends open exploration with character customization and adult-oriented fantasy themes — all wrapped in a sandbox adventure designed to feel freeform and expressive. 🌍 World & Setting Right from the jump, Living Dolls Rebirth Alpha drops you into a sprawling fantasy world full of character and atmosphere. You play as a magical artificial being — a living construct in a universe populated by other unusual characters and creatures. The world isn’t just a backdrop; it’s meant to feel like a place of discovery, where you’re free to wander, interact, and shape your own journey as you see fit. The game leans into its open-world structure, encouraging exploration and experimentation rather than forcing you down a strict linear path. This creates a vibe that’s less guided adventure and more digital sandbox with personality. 🛠️ Gameplay & Mechanics The core loop is a mix of open-world exploration, combat encounters, and character creation and growth. One of the standout hooks is the ability to create and customize your own “dolls” — companions that fight alongside you and reflect your imagination. Customization here goes beyond mere stats; it influences how your creations feel and act in the world, adding a layer of personal expression to every session. Combat feels serviceable for an indie project, with a focus on real-time engagements rather than deep tactical systems. While it isn’t going to rival AAA action RPGs in terms of complexity or polish, there’s a satisfying rhythm to exploring the environment, encountering foes, and seeing the results of your prep in actual battles. 🎨 Presentation & Style Visually, Living Dolls Rebirth Alpha has ambition. Character models, environments, and encounters strive for a stylized fantasy aesthetic that captures attention. In its current alpha form, not every asset or animation feels fully polished, but there’s a clear vision behind the art direction — one that blends whimsical fantasy with mature fantasy elements. The open-world scale and the way the game lets you roam freely feel like the heart of the experience. There’s a sense of creativity baked into the visuals and world design that, at its best, feels engaging and memorable. ⚠️ Rough Edges & Alpha Realities It’s important to remember that this title is early access and still in alpha, which means you’ll encounter rough edges. Some players have pointed out technical hiccups, performance quirks, or moments where the mechanics feel unfinished — typical for a game still in development. While the ambition is admirable, the execution doesn’t always land perfectly yet. For some, this roughness will be part of the charm: a game that’s trying something different and still evolving. For others, it might feel like an unfinished package that needs more time in the oven. 🧠 Final Thoughts Living Dolls Rebirth Alpha is a curious blend of open-world exploration, character creation freedom, and fantasy adventure with an adult twist. What it lacks in polish it makes up for in ambition and creative intent. If you enjoy sandbox RPGs with customization at their core, and you’re open to experiences that are still growing and evolving, this game has something interesting to offer. ⭐ Best for: Players who love open-world freedom, character customization, and experimental indie RPGs. ⚠️ Less ideal for: Those who want fully refined mechanics and high-polish gameplay in an early release. I hope this review has been helpful.
