Letherfall is a first-person horror video game with Lovecraftian elements: the player must make their way through monstrous entities and intricate puzzles while exploring the abandoned village of Letherfall. Some nightmares don’t fade. They’re just waiting for you to open the wrong door.

About
Letherfall, June 27, 1998.
A child is found on the shores of a lake. His eyes wide with terror, his body frozen with fear and cold.
Not far from him, dozens of lifeless bodies: Dylan is the only survivor.
The police investigate, secret services intervene, but it’s all in vain — the truth lies buried with the corpses and within the twisted corners of young Dylan’s mind.
Manhattan, 2018
Dylan still remembers nothing of that tragic night, but terrible nightmares begin to consume his mind.
Relentless. Violent.
A voice haunts him in his sleep. Just one sentence, repeated over and over:
"Come back to Letherfall."
It sounds like his sister Janie — whose body was the only one never found.
Driven by a dark impulse and the guidance of his therapist, Dylan returns to the now-abandoned village. Letherfall is rotten, decayed, silent… but it is not empty.
Something is there. Something watching. Something that remembers.
Explore a disturbing and decaying environment, through distorted memories, inhuman presences, and unspeakable horrors.
Survive, uncover the truth — or lose your mind trying.
Letherfall is waiting for you.
And this time… no one gets out.

Bravi!
I'm kind of torn on this.....the graphics are more than decent, and in broad strokes the plot is interesting, as is the gameplay (although it is FAR too easy to run out of ammo, and then you're pretty much screwed unless you want to run away from everything), but as a whole the story falls apart into nonsensical and unconnected themes (there's body horror, cult horror, cosmic horror, creature attacks, etc) that simply do not cohere together. And the ending is......well, it's not terribly satisfying, and it's like they ran out of ideas and/or budget. So, for the low price of free, I do feel that it offers enough entertainment value and creepy atmosphere to be worth a download, but the writing does rather fly off the rails as the game progresses. Tentatively recommended.

Wow. I can't believe this game is free. I checked this developer's list of games and they are all free. Dear developer, if you ever read my review, you should start charging people because I honestly think it's better than other indie horror games that are around $1~$5.
i really enjoyed it. nice jumpscare, a costant unsettling feeling and great graphics. it's definitely worth your time
good game, very challenging, loved the story, my new favorite game it dethrones re6
Pure cinema. Love this horror game, it's short and actually fun. The story is good and the graphics keep up to today's world. It's pretty fun, I personally enjoyed it very much so.
Bravo! It's not bad, there's a story, and the music is good. There were some glitches with the monsters' roars. And a couple of times, I noticed some glitched shaders. But overall, it's enjoyable to play. At the end, the budget seemed to run out, but they completed the game with frame-by-frame animation.
Very good. Had a great time with it. Keep at it.
This was a game I had my doubts about but for an under $10 game I thoroughly enjoyed it. I will say it only has a few jump scares and honestly really shines in just the atmosphere it generates unfortunately, it does truly lack replayablity in the long run as it has a very linear story with not much branching if at all. The darkness and the evil that the story has at its conclusion is honestly a pretty good ending and I feel as though it tied the whole game up in a bow for me. A true one and done kind of game. I would love to see how they can build a new game from here.
