Let's Play Jigsaw Puzzles

"Let's Play Jigsaw Puzzles" is basically a scam/asset flip. The developers grabbed a basic jigsaw puzzle game template from Unity, and then stole a HUGE number of stock images off the internet, putting their own name on them. The objective here is to get YOUR money for a bunch of stock photos they ripped off. This is abandoned Early Access, they gave up on it a year ago, but that didn't stop them from creating an eye watering FOURTY FOUR UNITED STATES DOLLARS worth of "DLC" packs containing... you guessed it... photos they stole from other people. It doesn't matter if the stock photo sites they scraped permit this kind of thing... it's morally bankrupt to take the work of others, uncredited, put your own name on it, and try to scam gamers into paying you money for it. The developers abandoned this 1 year ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. The game graphics look better than you might expect, but that's just because it looks like some or all of them are "borrowed" from asset stores or wherever. Gamers can tell... and it comes across as insincere. There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets usually lack the budget and talent to do the rest of the job of game development properly, too. On pricing and value for gamers, this isn't really free as you're expected to pay up more money to unlock content/DLC so you can keep playing. This is some nasty, predatory pricing and PC gamers don't like it. Even after that, this is only free in a rudimentary sense... the developer has their hand out for $44 USD worth of "donation" DLC for this as you're expected to buy some extra DLC packages from Steam... digital panhandling. Like the homeless guys who splash dirty water on your windscreen at the traffic lights. No thanks. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 8 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.
